Old chain broke on very old unit in attic. Needed a new one and this was perfect, easy swap and fix don't waste time trying to repair an old broken chain just try this and get back to work in 10 mins.

i am sendng this in regards of this recent purchase. i ordered two of this item and only received one. i have never gotten a notice that another one is coming or i have not had an adjustment to my account. i am so dissappointed. i wish that you could please fix this issue. david schell

GARBAGE
1. There are NO WIRE LEADS coming from the unit, or schematics/guide/diagram. YOU figure out where to attach your wires and pray you don't burn your house down. This is a SEVERE HAZARD for the non-professional homeowner. 2. The pull "chain" is about 1" long. The rest of the 3' is string. What a horrible and CHEAP design! 3. The "Knockouts" are ceramic and impossible to knock out. 4. The overall appearance and description of the unit is deliberately designed to be deceiving. This is a piece of garbage that LOOKS LIKE a nice piece. ||||FRAUD||||
