Hyper Tough Tulip Style Passage Doorknob, Stainless Steel Finish

I purchased this doorknob for my son’s room to prevent his brother from aggravating him. The door has a locking mechanism, which serves its purpose for our situation. However, the exterior side can be unlocked very easily using a flathead screwdriver, a coin, or even a fingernail due to the slotted release. This design can be either a benefit or a drawback depending on the intended use. For my purposes, it is acceptable, but anyone seeking true privacy should be aware that the lock can be bypassed with minimal effort. In terms of appearance, the knob looks fine and installs easily. The build quality seems adequate and should hold up for several years under normal use. Given the price, it offers reasonable value.

One of the best locks I've ever experienced. I had just plain knobs on all my bedrooms and I exchanged them for these locks. All my son had to do was remove 2 screws the knobs came off. He took the knobs from the new box and with just 2 screws screwed the knobs on. Perfect fit. He never took any other parts off the doors except the 2 long screws and the door knobs and replaced with just knobs and 2 laong screws. Very simple and handy.

I had fast delivery and it was put on my back porch as per my direction. But as for the door knob itself it has a beautiful bright bright brass finish and was very easy to install. It fit perfectly and works great as for the price it was unbelievable and I highly recommend it.

it was great to get this item in a few hours because i lost my key to the house and feared that someone would use my lost key to gain entry. i lost the key in front of my house and figured someone may use it and rob me. so walmart saved my day. i could not leave myhouse to go buy another lock that is where walmart saved me from an ackward situation

I bought this to use on an interior door that leads to a utility area of our home. The knob was easy to install, decent priced, and locks/unlocks easily. It came with 2 keys.

I used this to replace the door knob that was on the door leading into my basement. The basement doorknob is a nice replacement for interior doors. It is all metal and looks good as well. Installation was very easy and took me less than 10 minutes. You just need a star screwdriver and nothing else. If your previous lock had a different shape you will need a chisel to carve out some portions of the door like I did. Overall great lock for indoors. Not sure how this would hold up for entryway doors.

Since a person can purchase these door knobs that are all key alike (by matching the numbers on the box), I replace the door knobs on my front door, my back door and my garage door. They are very easy to install. All a person needs is a screwdriver. The grip is comfortable and easy to turn. They appear to be well built and should last a long time.

just opened the box to install the new keyed door knob and it looks like it's been used already. The side that has the key and goes through the hole in the door is bent. Plus they sent regular wood screws to install the door knob.
