Hyper Tough Keyed Entry Double Cylinder Deadbolt Lock, Stainless Steel Finish

This is a very standard and straightforward deadbolt lock. It was incredibly easy to install, and it functions properly from the very first use. We are actually in the process of updating our exterior locks, and Hyper Tough locks have lived up to their name. So, this will be the brand we stick with.

Installation was a little difficult. I had to scrape some of the pieces of door out to place the lock in. This may be normal to have to do but I’m not sure. Now it fits snug! & It operates perfectly. Before I had a problem with the previous lock not keeping my door closed unless it was locked. When unlocked it would swing open on its own. But with this new updated lock, the door will completely close & it will not just swing open. We don’t have to lock it to keep it closed. We don’t have to wiggle the key to get it to lock and unlock either. Which is another problem we also had with our previous lock. I also like the simple matte grey color. Not the overly shiny look. Got keys made & it works great with them also. It comes with a set of two keys like most locks do. Pretty good lock.

This dead bolt is great doesn't cost a lot but works great. Fits my door just fine easy to install I did it in minutes by myself. Great if you need to change your locks cheap and fast no locksmith needed.

I really like this deadbolt! It's a very attractive antiqued bronze finish. I have a door going out from my garage that needed a new deadbolt and I installed this one. I removed the old lock and this new one fit right in it's place. All I needed was a screwdriver for the 2 screws that hold it all together. It only took me about 15 minutes to install. However, if you have to drill a hole in the door to install the deadbolt the job would be more involved. It is a very well made and secure lock. I would recommend it for security.

This double keyed deadbolt was a good fit for my kitchen door. The wooden door has glass panes and I wanted a lock that would be safe if someone tried to brake the glass to get in. It was easy to install because it lined up perfectly with my old lock so the deadbolt went right through into the old hole and so did the circle of the lock area. I have had that problem in the past so I'm glad that this one worked out. It feels sturdy and well made. Also I like the stainless steel brushed finish, it looks good on a white wood door because it isn't shiny like some locks. I just installed it so I can't comment on how well it holds up over time but I can't see why it would have a problem.

This deadbolt lock is easy to install compared to some other deadbolts I've used, installing in two pieces rather than three. The mechanism operates smoothly. I don't like that the surface appears to be merely a stainless steel finish, not stainless steel, so I question how long it will hold up against the elements. It also doesn't feel as substantial as my Kwikset lock. It appears to accept a Kwikset or Weiser key, so I will be able to have it keyed to match my other Kwikset locks. This isn't a particularly heavy lock but will suffice to keep the door secure.

Just what we needed. Installed this deadbolt to our back door for added security. It was so easy my 15 year old assisted. The brushed nickel adds a sleek look to the foot and the sturdy lock makes us feel extra secure. The instructions provided were easy to follow.

Very poor quality, difficult to lock and unlock. Also, I ordered a dual pack expecting two locks to be keyed the same and got two separate packages that weren't keyed the same.

Somebody that shops for Walmart in my order decided that they would substitute that rock they had to because I didn't pick it I need to return for refund

I wanted two deadbolts that are keyed alike. Walmart sent me two deadbolts with two different keys now I'm delayed in my project and inconvenienced terribly.
