excellent quality little brake bleeder. works well without getting brake fluid everywhere when bleeding brakes. I highly recommend this item or similar for a better and safer way to bleed brakes. and by safer I clearly mean - break fluid is toxic to the environment and wildlife and us the dumb ones.
It works but you gotta mess with it to fit your caliper bleeder. Honestly I would just watch a YouTube video on how to make one out of a bottle. Those work way better.
Awesome kit. Didn't have anyone to help me bleed my brakes but this little thing was more than enough. Just attach the hose and head to the bottle, magnetized to your rotor or caliper, and press the brake yourself. Check that there's no bubbles, add some brake fluid to the reservoir, and move on to the next wheel. Easiest brake fluid flush I've ever had to do. And to clean it, I just sprayed some brake cleaner in the hoses and the bottle. Looks brand new again.
first time bleeding brakes, this little gadget worked great. The magnet is nice and strong holds in place, all the fittings fit properly, made it easy for one person to bleed all four wheels
It's a simple but effective kit. Comes with more than enough items to help get the job done and it's simple and straightforward.
product works but the fittings that come with it are basically useless. This does not act like a one way valve it just keeps bubbles from pulling back because of the oil in the small container. you could actually do the same thing if you have a cup. I recommend purchasing a one way valve instead of getting this one if your doing it by yourself.
this works but not well. the nipple that fits in the bleeder screw is hard plastic and doesn't like to stay put and the hose diameter is not large enough to remove the tip and put over the bleed screw
didn't fit my car when it said it would. also the bottle is way too small, can't do a full brake bleed on all four wheels with this. I made my own brake bleeder with a plastic bottle and a silicone hose.
So, the whole thing worked great EXCEPT the fact that the tube did not fit my 2006 Honda Pilot. The kit is supposed to be universal so it would have been nice if it fit, I had to manually hold the tube to the brake bleeder which created a mess/maybe introduced air in the system.
No instructions included. First time doing my own brakes so maybe it's just an implied use, but even a sheet of paper explaining proper usage would have been helpful.
