Comes with a remote lights up and has sound with a push of a button and while going. Kids love it pretty sturdy takes a few drops no problem we choose the green cause it was a few dollars cheaper. Would buy again it goes forward and backwards with remote and with buttons on actual train under 20$ great deal works with all wooden kids train track sets. Great seller came fast 2 days.

It's a very fun train for my child, it requires three AAA batteries . The remote is kinda glitchy but it will work in close range

My 2 year old grandson loves his battery-powered train engine with added car. The remote control that comes with it is above his level, but the train also works without the remote. Just flip the switch and it runs perfectly on his wooden track set.

This Rc train works great with the Melissa and Doug wooden tracks and their compatible friends. The remote is easy to use even for a toddler.

i think this electric train is a great addition to the wooden track we have. my 3 year old plays with the train about 30 minutes a day. that's pretty long for 3 yr olds… great toy!

screw on back of engine steipped out. user error..NO !!! I installed a thousand batteries in a thousand toys. this just steipped out way to easy.
