Thomas & Friends by Fisher-Price Small Die-Cast Mattel 80th Engine, Collectible Toy Metal Train

This is an anniversary Thomas the tank engine for the 80th anniversary of Thomas and Friends, Mattel and Fisher-price. You probably make the engine jump with your finger and it is a light hauler that hauls two small fright cars with red crystals in them. There is no launcher or propellers included within the set because it is a push along model that can be attached to the motorized Thomas the tank engine toys and be pulled or a child can push it along and play with it like a Hotwheels car. It looks great both inside the package and outside of the package as toy to be played with. The only drawback is that if the chrome paint is rubbed hard enough it will start to wear off and could get onto children's fingers and be ingested and the paint could cause health problems because I don't know if it is toxic or not. It is definitely worth the price because everywhere else online this Thomas toy is two to three times the value because of scalpers and high demand. If you are lucky enough to be able to buy this for yourself as a collector or for your child you will be lucky to get it because it is one of kind collectible toy. This Thomas toy has sold out more than five times now on Walmart online and store availability varies state to state. This is not the basic 80th anniversary Thomas the tank engine toy noir is it the Storybook Thomas the tank engine toy because those are other toys released by Mattel this year. I don't have anything more to say about this toy that I really enjoy having in my collection all around it is a great Thomas the tank engine toy .

This is a cute little toy train I bought for my grandson. It's special in appearance due to the metal train cars that don't usually come with Thomas. It's unique and will please the child in your life or the child in you!

My son is a lifelong Thomas fan. Even though he's 13 he has the collecter bug. This is pretty nice. It's cast well and even though it's not expensive the train doesn't feel or look cheap.

I'm a big fan of the new 2025 Metal Collection engines, with Thomas being my favorite! The metallic paint looks great, but an issue with it is that it chips and traps grease fairly easily.

A great celebratory product of the 80th anniversary of this fantastic story and character. A perfect representation of classic Thomas.

I've seen reviews the chrome paint is easily wiped off so that's an issue BUT it's a beautiful collectors item

This is a very good anniversary item for an 80th anniversary but theres one flaw. The chrome paint, The chrome paint rubs off easily. This product is meant for children who will constantly play with these toys. And with chrome paint that will rub off easily can be a hazard if the paint sticks to fingers especially if a child doesn't wash there hands so some qaulity control needs to be more prevalent to ensure safety. But overall this toy is fantastic and a very good accurate depiction of Thomas. It just has 1 major flaw.
