Better than Quinoa
Love it! Low calorie, high nutrition, and very filling. Very easy to make. 2 parts warm/hot water to 1 part bulgur, let it soak up the water with a cover over it, and you've got your whole grain to eat.

I grew up eating this great product. It is not available at my Walmart store and can't order it online. So I have to try to find it some place else.

Best Picked Up In Store To Avoid A Hole!
Be careful when ordering this item. It arrived with a hole in it and bulgar wheat all over the inside of the shipping bag. There was not much loss of product but brittle plastic wrapper warrants an outer wrapping before it is placed into a shipping bag.

Happy about the find but not the end result.
Regretfully, when I opened the Walmart shipping box I found a broken bag with the bulgur spilled all over it, and it smelled stale. This is the second time this week I received a ripped open package of food. I don't know what the deal is but I am not taking any more chances.

Quality control was lacking
This bulgur did not look clean. It had bits of what appeared to be foreign objects like stems or pieces of wood. We did not feel it was safe to eat and we threw it away.
