This ice maker is great! We had the opportunity to use one on a recent trip to Hawaii, and decided that we needed one. Our fridge didn't come with an ice maker, and was unable to procure one for it. So far, this machine has done a great job. We go through a lot of ice when the temp is high here in Central Iowa, so it has been great!

I didn't think the cost would be worth it but its convenience is simple. There not enough room in my freezer for ice and eventually ice taste like the fridge or the food it's near . The ice is very quickly made of the waters cold , it does taste much better than ice from trays or the store because it's fresh

Be sure to let stand upright for 24hrs as it instructs after you receive it due to shipping travels but just allow a couple of cycles and throw away the ice, and then fill and enjoy your ice. i saw the comments that says the ice melts face it so does not i forgot to empty one night and there was still frozen ice next morning. Buy it its not bad for the price bullet ice thats small size is more like medium

This makes ice a lot faster than I thought! It is a downfall the ice doesn't keep frozen in the machine, but it makes sense. Has two size options which is nice and it makes ice textured like the crushed ice- I love it!

use in cool location, this is my thrid unit and this brand is different then last 2 that went bad before 1 year, i think this runs cooler, only made 6 batches of ice. i like it. portable with handle great.

It is great except it doesn't have an on and off button. You just have to unplug it and plug it back in each use.

Technically, it performs the stated functions. It makes ice and it is portable. However, the ice machine has leaked water repeatedly. Additionally, it doesn't hold the ice or keep it frozen, so you must move it over after each set is made. If it weren't for the technicality of it working I would put 1 start. Do not waste the money.

My 2nd ice maker and this one is weird compared to my other. It's really loud. It says its out of water when there is a good amount left and when it says that it turns the cooler off and all the ice made melts. My other brand one was much better. its cooling element just stopped workimg somehow.

I am not happy with the ice machine. The ice freezes together in the freezer after transfer %26 creates a mess %26 more work to bust it up %26 use it. I have used ice machines in the past %26 never had the problems that I have with this machine.I want a refund.

Not worth it, it stopped working after only 2-3 weeks. The “ice full” light has not turned off despite the tray being empty. I emailed the customer service email with no response. I have no way to bypass this and now i'm stuck with this almost brand new ice maker that doesn't even work.
