I absolutely love this ice machine. I don't have to listen to it running all the time like my old one. And I love the nugget ice it makes. The basket makes it so easy to get the ice out of the machine. I actually empty my basket of ice into a ziplock and put it in the freezer. I have 2 bags of ice now, so I don't have to make anymore for a little bit. Saving that high electric bills any way I can!!! I guess the only feature that I don't really care for is sometimes the ice kind of get stacked up where it empties into the basket and you have to open the lid and kind of stir the ice so it can go back to producing the ice. But that's no biggie…..in fact, that was mentioned in the set up instructions that it may happen at times. Overall, it's a great product and I'm so very glad I ordered it!!!

Love this I would recommend to please use distilled water like most things. It does take a certain amount of maintenance and if you live in an area with hard water, you will get a scale i.e. mineral deposits and we'll have to clean it with like white vinegar, but for a while, I did not have a refrigerator with a icemaker and it has come in so handy and I have had one for the past eight years

Our refrigerator has no ice maker, so finding this was amazing. It might take a while to make ice, but it seems sturdy, reliable, and worth the money for the convenience. I know my family will be happy to have cold drinks for dinner without having to stick waters and such in the freezer!

This ice machine helps my ice craving it is so quiet 🔕 it only makes a sound when dropping the ice which is a great ASMR sound if you are into that. No regrets in purchasing at all I'm a appliance junkie‼️ I see that the large button makes small ice and the small button makes large ice but that's a small defect other than that I'm loving it!

me and this ice machine are in perfect sync. I use big cups and when the basket is full I empty into my cup and by the time I finish my drink the basket has been refilled. it's perfect for one person use. I wish the ice basket was a little bit bigger so I can hold a little bit more ice but that's a minor complaint

I have balance issues so loading my ice trays with water and then carrying them over to my freezer was getting to be an issue AND THIS LITTLE PHILERGO MINI ICE MACHINE TAKES THAT ISSUE AWAY. I keep it on the large and I LOVE IT! The cubes now melt a little faster than the ice tray cubes, but that's minor compared to before.

I admit, I was hesitant to buy this. It makes bullet-shaped ice, which I was told is harder to crush or blend. Then, I decided to go for it since the price was so awesome and I wouldn’t have this deal again. I’m glad I did. It is awesome. The machine has two sizes of ice that it makes, and they’re not that much different. The small ones fit in water bottles, and the large ones I like better since I have a half gallon metal jug. We put water from a Brita into the reservoir and turn it on, and it is really quick. We have a large container for ice in the freezer, and this filled it up in a couple of hours. I will have a steady supply of ice for my water jug every day I work. I have used this ice to make mocha Frappuccino drinks at home, and it does blend well. No issues there. I made a fruit smoothie with frozen fruit, and that was delicious. I have a Nutribullet blender if that helps. Some have complained that the ice freezes too quickly if placed in a separate container. This is true; however, a little while after we make the ice and stick it in our container, we hit it with the end of a potato masher and it breaks it up. Once it’s broken apart it doesn’t freeze together again. It’s just really wet coming out of the ice machine, so it freezes together. Overall I like this machine so much. I’m very happy.

It starts slow but then it picks up a liitle after a few minutes and starts producing cubes. It produces small or large bullet cubes. Easy to start using after reading instructions. A little noise but the noise lets you know what the machine is doing, if it needs water to be added or the little ice cube basket is full. if it needs water it will turn off and the red light will come on. Add more water press start when the little basket is full with ice, no more ice will drop. just empty your cubes. I just love it. I use a lot of ice and that becomes expensive buying 20 lb bags allthe time. I bag up my own cubes and put them in frrezer bags in my freezer and I have them when I need them. So far worth what I spent for it. 5 stars wh

I bought this item last June, and it has now stopped working. All of a sudden it stopped making ice, but all the lights still come on. There isn't any support to troubleshoot really.

Product arrived quickly and was packaged well. It is compact and has a very small ice bucket. It was advertised to make nugget ice...but instead it made bullet cubes. The directions advise you to freeze ice after being made, which is exactly what you need to do because it melts in the tray. My house is 68°. I've never owned an ice maker where the ice melts. The ice dwendles down to fragments. Needless to say, I've return this product.
