Great size - I needed something to use on my knee - and this works well. It wraps around the back and side of o my knee, and then the stretchy band wraps as tightly as I want around my entire knee a couple of times, before the velcro securely fastens to the strap itself, keeping everything in place. The cold lasts quite a long time for such a thin and relatively small ice pack - and freezes quickly. I haven't tried putting it in the microwave to heat it up yet though.

The only problem I have with this is; you can't run seeeper part and then scrub with same pad. So when you sweep you are using a pad and then when you scrub you are using another one. I love the cleaning solution. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Wrap is Not for large people. But the pads are universal I have used in lunch bag for 2 or 3 years weekly before thinning out but still useable. These are my second set. I use because they work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stay cool ice packs came in a pack of 6. I can say that I am amazed on how good they work. They are square and really thin but they get the job done. I use them for my daughters lunch. Not only does it keep her lunch cold but when she gets home the ice pack is still pretty solid.

The ice packs that are included do not stay frozen very long. After an overnight freeze the pack was only effective for about 5 minutes. The strap was fine though.

Good luck moving in the slightest without the strap completely coming loose or strangling your blood flow while being too tight so it will actually stay.

This product is terrible! The ad for it online is very misleading! This thing is very cheap, it doesn't cover half of your back the way it shows in the online picture at all, and you have to pull it so hard to use it on your back (because the band doesn't stretch enough) that it's very uncomfortable! Don't order it! I'm returning this, it's not worth $5 dollars!

Only received one ice pack , filled out form to let them know and haven't heard anything , it's been two or three months now
