Works great and it is accurate
Works great!. I was pleasantly surprised that all I had to do was turn it on and it connected immediately to my NordicTrack. I have verified the heart rate accuracy up to 150 BPM. Couldn't be happier.

Best addition to my workout since the treadmill.
This HR band is great! I like seeing the HR on the screen as I workout. When the trainer says “I want you at an 8 RPE” I can see where I am and adjust my speed if needed. On new workouts that are “challenging”, I can set a max HR and control the machine. On off machine workouts this helps me see how I am doing during strength training and hot yoga.

I bought this as a replacement for my chest strap. It easily connects to my treadmill and is easy to wear.

iFit SmartBeat Heart Rate Monitor
The iFIT SmartBeat Heart Rate Monitor pairs perfectly via Bluetooth, with the iFIT enabled elliptical that I have. The iFIT SmartBeat is very comfortable to wear, but I especially like seeing the results on my iFIT screen during my elliptical workout. I also like charging it, using the provided USB charger.

Only if you have Nordic equipment
It works okay if you're just using it for non interval workouts. However, I have been working on intervals with Knox Robinson and it will jump my head rate to the 180's while my iWatch is showing 104. I have to power it off, and reconnect several times throughout the workout to get accurate readings.
