Wow. It’s a mop, it’s a vacuum. It’s beyond better than the price. From the way it was packaged, the way it’s set up, the way it’s made, the parts that go into it— It’s everything it says it is! Nothing about it is cheap. Im SO impressed. I’ve had two other robot vacuums and this is by far my favorite. Will come back later to add specific details. But you NEED this.

I purchased a Roomba years ago and that thing was wild, received the name Drunken Robot. DR aimlessly roamed the house, no sense, going out on the deck, getting stuck on the stairs or under cabinet ledges. But No More! I am so pleased with this iHome! I purchased a second one for the lower level. It is smart, can clean the whole upstairs in like 40 mins vs DR that would go for hours and vacuum the same area for 20 mins. The mapping is 'cool' in that I'm officially an adult sorta way. Zones are a nice touch but i won't use it much since it is so efficient. Great Price Point compared to other brands. The mapping and self emptying were top want/needs after DR. I can't remember to empty the thing daily. It has a bigger footprint due to self emptying so finding a good spot was a challenge but worth the trade off. Recommended to all in the market. Hope they lasts years!

im loving this new robot vacuum machine. i had other ones, like eufy for lasting longer than 2 years. excited to see what this guy can do. was looking for something with self emptying feature, and with this robot and price point, no brainer. pulled the trigger on it instantly. now im about buy another for sister.

The ihome s1 is so much better than the other floor vacuum robot options. We’ve junked dozens of them. We have 4 giant 175 dogs in Western WA. A german shepherd and a great Pyrenees lead the contest for shedding. It’s a muddy rain hair-fest most of the time. Roombas come here to die. The Ihome was easy to set up and map areas. The app is by far the best one. Mapping, scheduling, empty chamber, check filters and operation, and find vacuum. It allows us to set suction levels. It’s noisy. But every vacuum we’ve owned becomes louder after a few days so we don’t care. Run it in off hours. It also empties by itself which is fantastic. It will announce emptying needed. Empties. And will resume cleaning. What?!! If you zoom in, you can see that the GSD and GPy strolled by vac and now we need to run it again. Spring shedding is a treat here in western-wa. Issue: the side brush fell off. Still haven’t located it. Finding a replacement proved to be an ordeal in searching and returning multiple promised-to-fit side brushes. The side brush attaches as a square. Replacements are typically a star pattern. If you purchase and we recommend this model above everything else out there, order the replacement parts now. Go to iHome’s site and get them. If you’ve owned robot vac’s then you know within a year or less they will update models and stop manufacturing parts. I ordered 6 side brushes, 2 roller brushes, and 6 filters from iHome. They really should make this an option at store locations. The roller brush: it’s very effective and fairly easy to clean. If your pets have long hair, just like every other vacuum, this needs to be manually detangled. Surprisedly, it’s not every time. While the emptying suction is extremely effective, it’s not a hair detangling system. We definitely recommend this model. Also recommend immediately stocking up on replacement parts from iHome site. The emptying chamber bags are pretty easy to just manually empty and reuse. The product came with extra bags and amazon carries the 5-pack. If you have pets- yes this is 10000xs worth the investment. We would need to manually vacuum 3xs a day without it. Note: only using vac on hardwood floors. We have no idea how it runs on carpet.

This is a great VACUUM but it does not have mopping capabilities that it advertises in the description. So if you’re wanting a robot wet/vac this isn’t it.

If you have pets who shed, this is not the vacuum you need. The dustcup gets full of fur and won’t self empty to the base. The roller was also clogged with fur. I previously had a Shark IQ with XL base and I will be buying a new Shark. This would be fine for just dust but that’s it. Suction seems good, lidar mapping works well and it runs the whole map to clean in a short time. Unfortunate the self empty feature is useless with pets. There is literally nothing in the base but the cup was full. This is also taller, it doesn’t get under the couch like the Shark. This model has bags in the base which are not cheap to replace. Shark is just an empty-when-full container. I was really hoping to love this vacuum! I’ve added photos of the inside of the base bag and what was actually in the dustcup to show that it doesn’t empty itself.

i want to like this product but without app i feel like i am blind, it keeps on giving some stupid reason to not commect to app, this 2023 not 2015, it gotta work. bad software integration.

This is my 4th buying this piece of crap just save your money and get a good one not this brand at all. It’s not worth it it breaks or the battery will die and your warranty won’t cover it.

it advertised as having mopping capabilities but it doesn't. Even on the manual it states it mops. Nope only sweep. Called manufacturer and they stated they don't know why it says that and don't want to refund me my money. Told me to contact Walmart lol.

I bought this product in hopes for something convenient since I have a toddler. It has given me nothing but issues for the two months that I’ve owned it. Originally, I reached out to them to inform them that the schedule vacuum time wasn’t working and it would randomly start at times that it wasn’t scheduled. They informed me that they are having issues with that and hoped to fix it and didn’t have an estimate. That not even the bad part. The vacuum would start and then completely shut off mid cycle and completely remove from the app and then have to go through the 30 minute process to get it to connect. Some days it would randomly stop connecting to the wifi. Which my wifi was working fine. Then it stopped emptying into the trash bin part and it kept popping up with an error that I needed to replace the bag even though the bag was new. I’ve contacted them 4 times. They finally decided that I have to ship it into them to fix. I’m sorry but a vacuum should not be sent into be fixed after only owning it for two months. They refused to allow me to ship this one back to get a new one. I generally think I got a lemon, and customer service sucks.
