so far so good! I've been using this scale for a couple of weeks now %26 its doing good. I saw a review saying that only 1 person could use it because of the way the data uploads but either they have fixed that or the other person just couldn't figure it out. on the app, it gives you the option to add another person. Your info is uploaded very quickly to the app after you step on it so you don't have to stand there forever. thats one of the best parts for me!

would not connect to my 5g internet, so it connects to bluetooth, which was just an inconvenience, but i didn't think it would connect at all. it said in the instructions inside the box, but not in any details or descriptions on the website. the information it provides is just your numbers, no details whether they're good or bad, with the exception of your weight being in red, yellow, or green. i thought I'd get more feedback, so I'm disappointed.

Seems to be accurate and consistent, easy to use. It's a scale, I don't like the subscription requirement to use the app, especially since it gets my weight everyday but I don't need all that other bioinformatics daily. Maybe once every month max, probably not even that often. Would have appreciated that information being easily visible on the box prior to my purchase. Without the subscription it's literally just a scale.

Overall I do believe this scale would be useful for some, but not exactly what i expected. After using this scale with the downloaded app for a week straight I can honestly say that most of the things that this smart scale shows is pretty much useless for the average person. Also to be clear, it can be very complicated if more than one user is going to utilize this scale. I ended up gifting this scale to a family member who may or may not get more use out of it. I will be purchasing a normal weight only scale for future use.

I just got the scale, I have not fully tested it yet. So I am giving it 3/5 stars. Home Smart Wi-Fi Scale Model # 521SWWM1BBL A card that came with iTunes says: Must register within 7 Days of receiving product to Receive a 5-year replacement warranty. So I am registering it now but have not had a chance to use it. I put a 120 ounce plastic container on the scale. It said it weighs 8.1 pounds (129.6 ounces) The empty container weighs 3.2 ounces. 129.6 - 3.2 = 126.4 ounces. According to those measurements the scale is off by 6.4 ounces. Is there a way to calibrate the scale? Thanks.

I have to weigh myself on a regular scale first, then do the smart scale, and manually adjust the weight in the app. One day, the smart scale would not accept my entry of 161.9 and showed it as 161.8 in the app (neither number is what the smart scale actually showed.) Just save up and buy a higher quality smart scale. The extra work isn't worth the questionable results.

I have decided to open the box for use, and I am unhappy with this scale. It is not connecting to Wi-Fi, and the weight is only displaying in kilograms. Additionally, the scale does not seem to balance properly for an accurate weight, which is quite inconvenient.

Did not connect to app, display kept timing out. I even changed the batteries and redownloaded the app. Did not read my weight either which was most disappointing as I couldn't use it even without the app. Reading other reviews this appears to be a common experience.

All of the one star reviews are accurate; it is impossible to get this device to regularly sync to Apple Health. I've reset the scale, reinstalled the Apple, toggled permissions on and off in the app and in Apple Health to no avail. Their customer support never responded to emails as well. I ended up returning the item.
