After our family of five was continuing to get sick (cold viruses, Covid, strep, flu, stomach bugs, literally the list goes on!) I started doing research on immune-boosting ingredients and found this product, which had all the recommended components I kept reading about. After a few weeks of use, we suddenly stayed well! I'd get complacent and stop taking this, then a cold virus would hit. But as soon as I resumed this product, I almost immediately bounced back. Even with our youngest in daycare (they keep a cold virus it seems!) we no longer catch whatever he gets, whereas before this vitamin, our whole household passed around everything. I've been getting sick a lot lately, so I thought I try this immune defense vitamin to my immunity a boost. I've only taken this for a week now but can notice a slight change in my energy level already and, of course, feeling a bit better. It could be that the vitamins are helping, or I am just getting over my cold. I'd like to think it's the vitamin since I've felt better in over a month.
