If you have an air system with register vents these aren't just something that you might want but something in my opinion that is needed. I put these on my registers and when I went to replace them I couldn't believe the amount of dust that they trapped and kept from getting into my air. These do not work for fine particles but that's what the filter is for at the air handler. But these keep some of the dust out that might be in your system. That being said i have my ducts cleaned regularly so they were already clean to begin with, it was surprising to see what they captured. Who would a knew. They don't seem to hinder air flow at all. As long as I have a duct system in my home I will be using these from here on out!!! Anything that I can keep out of my air is a win to me. I should also mention they are pretty easy to install. I carried around a tv tray with me to all the vents and a pair of scissors and small trash can. That way I had a surface I could easily work on. I cut each one to fit on the spot. It wasn't too difficult to get them to slide in. I have a mismatch of registers and some were easier than others. Definitely worth it, I highly recommend!!!!
these are great filters for vents. they're super easy to cut and slide right into the vent! I've bought these a couple of times already and will continue to get then
I have a small two bedroom apartment rancher and my vents are in the ceiling so I just tape them over top of the vents and they get rid of so much dust and pollen and everything through the air conditioner events. They're so amazing.
These helped collect dirt and dust that is still in the house air vents. I'm bummed that I paid a lot from a local company to get the ducts cleaned in my house but it isn't complete.
they fit my registers exactly but the ones I did have to cut it was easy as pie and worked like a charm
Deflects the cold air from my head. Thank-you!!
Life Saver- stoped my itchy skin
They help filter, plus block objects from falling into registers.
I prefer the type that are actual filter material used both for air and heat. I like that they caushioned not to use these in all of the vents as that could damage the system. However that same statement made me not like them. True filtration material ones definitely worked better for me in the past
Thin Thin! Same length, but so thin you have to use 2 or 3 to keep anything from coming through. Sad I had a real old one from the past I had to compare. Just count on using more than one per vent.
