the item was fantastic and it worked allowing my Nespresso to come out of its dreaded not going to Bruce stage the only issue I have with the entire process is the process itself that being that an espresso likes to keep it cryptic and there's quite the guessing as to the sequence to get it properly done I think we didn't have too much of an issue videos and at the end it was thankful that I picked this product and used it in the appropriate dilution as I had a one stop one shot descale and back in business event fantastic product and it was delivered Ultra fast thanks to WalMart delivery which for someone like me without a car you simply cannot beat :-)

I thought that my Coffee Maker was broken for good. then i saw the descaler and gave it a try. Well, im happy to say that my coffee maker is like a brand new machine. it was so easy and bravo it tasted great and worked perfect. Highly recommend this product.

This works like a charm. Had some built-up deposits on some water bowls I give the kitties their water in. Poured some in, poured some water in and let it do its magic. Same with my Keurig water tank. Haven't ran it through the machine yet, but I didn't use a lot for the water tank either. Worked great! Glad I got 2!

I've used this 2 times since it was purchased. It removed the hard water build up with no problem. i live in an area with really hard water, and its the first product i found that removed all of the hard minerals. and ive used several products. It does the job well. highly recommend

Very easy and thorough cleaning for our 2 Keurig coffee makers. I would recommend this item, for sure.

Simple directions, easy to use. Saw visible white sediment come out of the machine after running the cleaner through.

I think the price is good. I can get 4 descalings done on my kcup coffee machine. Less expensive than other descaling products and works well.

Made my Keurig look new

I followed instructions and rinsed the Keurig three times to make sure its all cleaned out. I've only previously used white vinegar and water to clean the Keurig but this time the Keurig was still only trickling out liquids. Thanks to this product the Keurig is brewing coffee like its brand new. Glad there was two bottles which is enough to descale 4 times. Definitely worth every penny.

They sent me wrong items. In stead of coffee product cleaner, I received cooler cleaner. I had no cooler to clean. So I donated them to the charity.
