IMUSA 0.7qt Aluminum Mug

I originally purchased this stainless steel cup for the oven. It creates a nice humid environment for baking (bain-marie). Due to its size, it also doubles as a small mixing bowl. I've even used it for pouring pancake batter onto the griddle. Generally, I try to find multiple uses for an item to justify purchasing it and this has definitely fulfilled that requirement. It feels durable enough to last a long time and it light weight makes it easy to hold. Suppose it was intended for camping, but I never been one to follow the rules too well.

i have no complain they are very usefull specially to boil egs. my only complain is that the web site requested an aditional payment that was trouble and i had to cancel my credit card. But is easy of use and light and usefull for many things

This is being used as part of a backpacking cooking system. We wrapped the handle in silicone tape to make it heat proof. It is very lightweight and seems durable enough to get the job done.

I go camping all the time and this cup works wonders when heating up hot chocolate on a cold night... all i need is a portable flame and wala...hot chocolate, but wait there is more... add some ice on this aluminum mug and turn your hot coffee to a cold that will keep cold for a nice while. I def. recommend...btw not only is it good for beverage try heating up a can of soup ohhh yeah.

I love that this mug is lightweight weight and versatile. At the same time, the reason it's so light is because the metal is very thin. I think this attributes to the fact that it doesn't keep liquids for as long as I would've liked. All of that being said, it's a great value for the price.

Thank you BzzAgent for sending me the IMUSA 1.25 Alum. mug. I was excited when I got the mug. I used it for my hot tea in the morning. It works perfect because it is bigger and can hold more liquid. But the heat transferred easily to the handle which is too hot to hold. On the other hand, it makes my tea cool faster too. The mug is also portable and easy to take for camping.

I use this one everyday to make my café and it's okay at best. I only found this one size and it's very awkwardly shaped and the weight is too light. I know that it's made of aluminum but it feels like styrofoam. It's okay for it's purpose but I'll probably leave it behind when I move…

I don't eat a whole lot of soup but I would definitely recommend this product for a hearty cup of soup. It keeps things warm and is large enough to eat with a spoon. I would not recommend using this for coffee because it gets too hot. I think this would be the perfect addition to a camping trip.

I found this aluminum mug to be the right size for coffee. What I didn't like about the mug is that the heat any hot liquid such as hot coffee transfers to the handle., quickly. I didn't know about this so when I poured my first cup of coffee I felt the intense heat right away. I nearly dropped it. I do not like to use this mug for any hot beverages, only room temperature or cold. This was dangerous for me and others.

I received this product as a part of a test group in exchange for my review. I tried heating it for hot chocolate only to realize now i had to carry it with potholders and wait forever for the metal mug to cool. Or having to pour it from one dish to another. It can't be used in the microwave so was not as quick as i am used to either. For me, i'll stick to heating a regular mug in the microwave and bringing it to my desk in one shot.
