Customer Service

James S. May 27, 2025

I purchased this item with 2 others. This item failed to ever show up. Called In the Swim they assisted with Fedex in tracking. . . . waited a few days to see if item would show up. Never showed, reached back out to In the Swim and no questions asked they resent the item and it showed up within 3 days. 10/10 experience and pricing. Definitely will buy from In the Swim again.

My pool was quite disgusting when I opened it for the summertime, I had the shock at several times just to turn the water to a normal color. The alkalinity increaser was very necessary after these treatments, and Walmart gave me a great price and a quick delivery for me to be able to swim before the weekend began.

Got the job done. I have a large pool. This glorified baking soda is expensive but the best deal I found online. It did what needed to be done.

Our pool water tends to

Tonya M. May 22, 2025

Our pool water tends to have a low PH quite often. This alkalinity increaser always get it back in perfect range. It is so easy to use by just broadcasting around the surface of pool with no premixing required. The 50lb bucket is a very good value.

I've been buying pool products from you for many, many years. Compared to Leslie's Pools store you always have what I want and need.

Fixed the issue after following instructions. Also was less than if I'd bought it at pool store.

Could Be Stronger

kenobie March 20, 2026

I disperse into the pool and use an automatic Dolphin pool cleaner to mix it up. Good product but seems to require a lot of it to raise alkalinity at all. However, I haven't used another product so have nothing to compare with.

Broken Tablets

Erin M. April 16, 2025

Every year when I recieve a 50lb bucket of the 3” tablets, there are so many that are broken, which makes it hard to put in the chlorinator cylinder. Is there a better way to package them? Or is it the delivery service? I just wanted to make y'all aware of the issue. I expect some to be broken, but it's seems excessive.
