Nice product, just wish it wasn't so wrinkled from being collapsed . Can steam wrinkles out if one wishes. It does collapse,
i think the directions were very hekpful with the pictures and possible errors and how to fix them. assembly was a bit tricky and to get the bag in and out is a bit time consuming and theres a tear in the bottom of the laundry bag after only 1 use... hopefully it doesnt get any bigger.. but overall its good
It's a really cute hamper. I love the color and how tidy it looks. It is very deep and that does make it difficult to pull out the laundry. If I lean on the side while pulling laundry out it collapses on one side.
Wasn't what expected Couldn't put together properly One of the pole inserts was sewn together I couldn't get the pole through without cutting it open, and the could not attach because of missing Velcro. Lid did not properly fit.
no instructions for assembly. not a good design as supprorts don't lock in place. liner had no way to stay up and falls in.
I couldn't answer those questions because it didn't come with directions so I didn't get it together
The 4 poles that go in the corners are too long. They do not fit under the top frame so you cannot close the lid and the whole thing is not stable.. Going back.

Cant put it together. No instructions. There is nothing to keep the poles in place to frame the basket. Info would have been nice. or some type of video or instructions on the product page. The 4 poles are taller then the basket itself. very disappointed. The inside of the basket should have had loop holes sewn in for each pole.
Came wit h four poles that are supposed to insert in four corners. No slots in corners. They just free stand and slip. Looked up their video. Not sturdy at all. Really cheaply made waste of $. Deceiving
