Innova 3551 Inductive Timing Light, 12V Negative Ground and DIS Equipped Vehicles

Want a simple to use, no frills timing light at a decent price. This is it. For when you just need to make sure your engine timing is correct. When you don't have time or money to figure out how to work the Expensive bells and whistles. It does what it is supposed to do.

This little timing light works flawlessly for my needs. I just check my timing occasionally and this item will not be used for professional use. The plastic seems sturdy enough for the home mechanic. It seems very well built for for the price point!! If you need to adjust the timing from the light, need a tach on the light, or need an industrial level plastic go up the Equus chain. For me this is all the timing light I need and it works perfectly for a very reasonable price. Walmart shipping was very fast.

Use this product twice now and I am completely satisfied. Works perfect for what is intended for. And cost is Far Less than competitors charge for. I recommend this product.

Easy ordering, easy pickup, on time, great price, timing light works great. Light is really bright and has a linear pattern. I like that the inductive pickup is made of metal and not plastic. Cord is detachable for easy storage and eliminates a stress point if the cord was permanently attached. Be sure and follow directions as to lead hookup and removal. It’s important that the car is turned off prior to lead hook up and car is turned off before unhooking the leads. Also you have to press the on/off button to turn the timing light on or off. Be sure to turn off the timing light before shutting off the car and disconnecting the leads. Hope it lasts a while.

After my Sears timing light of 35 years quit, it was time for another. This light meets the basic needs for a simple ignition timing check. Would have been nicer, and probably worth the extra, if it had come with a storage case. For the price and quality it was an excellent purchase.

For the price, this timing light is of very good quality having a bright strobe that can be used during sunny days. Since I've used the light for only two weeks, time will tell if the light's electronics are robust and operational for many auto repairs to come!

By far the best price and value I've found for a timing light. If you've been looking. You can stop and just buy this one. It's the best deal you'll find. Period.

I did not need a "top of the line" timing light as I have only one older truck that I can even set/adjust the timing on. It worked well for what I needed and I am sure it will continue to work for years to come.

Used only once so far on my '95 Lexus GS. Strobe is nice and bright - can be used outside during daytime without a problem to see the timing marks. Hope this one lasts more than a dozen uses, which is what I got from another brand of timing light before it stopped working. Will update the rating if this product fails to deliver any time soon.

Works good, lasts along time. I've used it on jet skis, motorcycles and cars. It has been dropped too with no ill effects. Well insulated/isolated from nasty high voltage being inductive in nature.
