My dermatologist prescribed me this for acne(along with other supplements) but it has been such a life changer. My bowel movements are super regular now (no more constipation!), I don't get inflamed after breakfast (depending on what I eat) and my skin improved so much. Would love if the probiotic blend in the ingredient list was bigger, that's the only reason I'm going to try a different brand next time (that and the price)

This uses two researched probiotics to help support your mood. The gut brain axis is so important, and these two strains of bacteria provided so much needed help for my mood. The quality is pretty good, as I requested a certificate of analysis to confirm. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that they don't use any delayed release capsule, so I wonder how much of this is able get pass my stomach, but I guess it's enough if I've been feeling the benefits. Also with their inactive ingredients, they use potato starch, and I think it would be more beneficial if they swapped that for inulin.

I tried this probiotic for just over a month and noticed that whenever I ate fruit (ie: an apple)I would suffer major gastric upset. I took me weeks to figure out it was this probiotic (symptoms went away days after stopping this supplement). It was a terrible experience, so much so that I had to write a review just in case others can't figure out why they feel ill.
