I was in excruciating pain with my left knee before taking INSTAFLEX. There was no position that was comforting. There were sleepless nights because of the pain. I had to resort to over-counter PM drugs to sleep. However, Instaflex changed all of that. I still feel pain occasionally, especially at night. But I'm still much more functioning than I had been for months. I will probably try Instaflex PM to help with the night time pain.

These capsules really do what they promise. I tried a free 14 day trial (just had to pay a $5.99 shipping charge), within two days I was lookig up to see if Walmart or Amazon sold them on line so I could order more and they both sell them . About $64 for a 30 day supply (you take one per day with or with or without food). I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, toes, and knee, and the stabbing pain in my knee is gone and my hands do not go numb or pain like they used to. Instaflex advance joint relief is definitely worth the money, it takes care of the problem at the root.

I have been using this product for over a year. Originally, I bought it after seeing a TV ad. I have taken many similar products over the years (arthritic knees -- not much cartilage left!) I noticed a difference within 2 weeks from what I had been taking. It is expensive, but for me, it is worth it. I still can't run/jog like I could 10 years ago but most days I'm relatively pain free.

I really can't believe the difference in such a short time. I have one knee replacement and trying to save my other knee. Started using this and within days, my knee pain was unbelievabley non existent. It's really amazing!

well it was easy to order but took almost 4 weeks to get here. they first said order would arrive on the 8 th of march,then earlier on the 7 th. next it was in transit for over 3 weeks! I believe it was lost in transit. I kept tracking and even contacted for help. finally got today the 1st of April. since it was a bottle they need to ship it in a box which is easier to ship!

I have Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and Chronic Pain Disease. so even though I was talk it could help me, it didn't. Maybe one day I will find something that helps for the whole day.

I gave this product a one star rating but also said I would recommend it for the following reason: The product arrived damaged. Although the packaging was securely sealed, when I opened it the white cotton inside was a deep yellow/orange color. Upon further inspection I saw that at least one of the capsules had split open so I had to return the bottle. I have read very good things about this product and have decided to give it another go and have ordered a replacement.

I was really looking forward to taking these I have heard so much good stuff about how great these are. I took it for a month and it did nothing. Not even a little bit of relief. Same with my husband, he took it and not even a little bit of relief. Very disappointing
