Instant Pot 6.5 qt. Duo Crisp 13-in-1, Air Fryer, Pressure Cooker & Slow Cooker with One Ultimate Lid

I bought the Instapot as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She is a college student at Clemson and 3 girls share an apartment. She does a lot of the cooking and it's so much easier and tastier with the Instapot. She sent me a pic of stew she made and it looked delicious. She loves it and it saves her lots of time she needs for studying.ll

Arrived early. Well packaged. Easy instructions. So many options. Couldn't wait to use. Made Lasagna that first night.. From start to finish took less than an hour. Clean up was a breeze and turned out better than could have imagined (maybe pressure cook process?) Since then, made chicken soup and fall off the bone ribs. Last night, used steam function to reheat store bought rotisserie chicken. Has certainly exceeded expectations. So many cooking options. V easy clean up and I love that can use ceramic bakeware for baking option. It is BIG but relatively quiet. Front panel informs where u r in cooking process. Easy/peasy and everything I've made so far has turned out better. (Same recipes when using oven)- mind blowing the difference this amazing little machine makes. Next up, GF sour dough bread. Worth the money. Gives versatility and courage!

I loved my instant pot so much that I ordered this one to replace one that I damaged...

The pot's rim of my Ninja Foodi, which I used regularly over the last three years, split off leaving a sharp edge, so I ordered this Instant Pot as a replacement. Despite being half the price, the Instant Pot seems better quality with better features while being safer. Unfortunately, the second to the last numeric digit in the display is defective. Walmart only offers a refund, so I am debating if I should ignore the problem and hope for the best or get my refund before the display goes out entirely. I will probably keep it for a few more days and return it if the issue doesn't resolve on its own. BTW, take your time setting up the appliance and follow instructions because you can't just plug it in and use it because there is hidden tape and plastic and paper that need to be removed first.

This Instant Pot only works half the time. The pressure cooker, which I use alot, only pressurizes half the time. I tried everything I know but no luck. It is has no instructions for use other than a rudimentary guide which doesn't give you all the steps. We had to figure out on our own or go to the internet.

i used the air fryer which was fine . But i just tried making rice %26 the button did not work. i tried other options %26 none of the buttons worked. Very unhappy with this product.

Waste of money! I've used it twice %26 it will lock %26 I can't get it to unlock. After watching a video on how to get it to unlock still can't get it to work.

Did not work at all! Wasted my time resetting and going through manuals for troubleshooting. Not one button or directions worked. Now I have to waste more of my time returning it! Extremely disappointed.

The lid gets stuck. Unit smells like plastic when cooking. When lid goes up after cooking it drips everywhere including under the pot into the base, this is dangerous! They tried to make a unique design but did not pull it off. Had to return.

It's defective .,does not work properly . I want a refund
