Purchase of this cooker was best thing that happened to our meals!!! Less cooking times, able to season meals at one instance, prepare rice, noodles, potatoes, and the desired meats at one time !!! Prepare beans, soups, stews etc... with no problems, vegatables, beans, stew meats tender to melt in your mouth, would and will buy again when it is time !!!

The Instant Pot Lux 60 is absolutely amazing. It dramatically reduces cooking times without sacrificing flavor. Dishes that would take 8 hours in the crock pot now take only 30 minutes in the Instant Pot. Also helpful for soups and pasta dishes requiring several pots and pans to complete the dish, the Instant Pot allows you to put all the ingredients in at once, set it and forget it, and within a few minutes dinner is ready. Very versatile and many recipes can be adapted for the pressure cooker. Many pre-programmed features makes using the Instant Pot LUX60 even easier. It instantly earned a permanent home on my counter top after the first time I used it.

I love my instant pot! It's efficient and easy to use and take much of the trouble out of cooking for a laymen like me. Those online recipes were never made right before due to different cookware size and materials. But with instant pot, everything is more exact and the meals I've tried are close to the original recipes. I would definitely recommend this product. Food cooks fast, so I can cook meals for the family more often. It was easy to learn how to use it, and there is A LOT of help online in their website. There are also many recipes and books about it. So far I have cooked beans and beef stews, soups, and pre-cooked ribs for the grill. All has come out great. I had to adjust the timing on the ribs the second time, because the first time I overdid the cooking a little, my mistake. I love this machine, and the size is perfect for my family.

I echo what Arizona said. It is a time saver for sure. I have had mine exactly one week, every meal I have cooked in the Instant Pot has turned out perfectly. The food has so much more flavor than traditional cooking. You can actually taste the individual flavors. My husband has said everything has been delicious. I made potato salad in less than 15 minutes tonight for a church pot luck tomorrow. The counter footprint for this particular Instant Pot is negligible. I would hilt recommend this to any one who does not want to soend a lot of time cooking, or wating hours for dinnner to be done.

Ive wanted an instant pot for a while. I finally bought one during pre black friday. I was a little nervous at first. But now im hooked. I made rice and beans. The rice was cooked to prefection. I love my instant pot

I've had my instant pot for a few months now and I'm very happy with it. You can brown and then either pressure cook or slow cook. It doesn't overheat your kitchen. As you use it you are able to adapt other recipes you may have. The pressure cooker is easy and safe and your meats are delicious. I have recommended to both my daughter and daughter-in-law.

The edges of the contact between plastics and metals of the lid leaks steam while quick release. Resting the lid is problematic. Liquid stores at the edges where the lid sits and it is tough to clean.
