This product really changed the way i sleep now. Im not able to sleep and breathe thru my nose. I was a mouth breather. This product changed the way i sleep. No more waking up with a dry tongue and no more drooling. Definitely recommend this product. I can imagine it helps as well if you do cardio. It really opens up your nose and you can breathe deeply with ease.

Great product! Works like breathe right strips except that it expands the nostrils more and the sticky part hurts a lot less coming off in the morning. The box comes with a bunch of sticky pads and several different nose pieces so that you can get the right fit based on your nose size. If I had to complain about something, I would say that it's a little awkward to wear with glasses (if you put it on and decide not to go to sleep right away, for example) but that could just be my own anatomy and everyone else may not experience this. Overall, I'm happy with the product and would recommend it.

It takes a little practice to get the stickers right, but once you do, this is so much better than nose strips. I have a deviated septum so it really helps. They’re more resistant to sweat and liquid than extra strength nose strips. Make sure to try all the sizes of bands because I believe only one of them should fit. You’ll know when you find it because it hits different. ^.^

too many steps and the product doesn't do any better than Great Value nasal strips from Walmart. replacement strips are very pricey. don't waste your money.

It tore up my nose , the skin was irritated for 5 days!!
