i ordered to what the guide says and it was to small. So I got the large and fits right. I'm disabled and when I walk to much my back really starts to hurt. This brace helps my back not to hurt on longer journeys.Its a life savor

Ordered this for my mother who has osteoporosis and is already starting to hunch over. She said it's so comfortable and works exactly like she wanted!

I am a petite woman and this runs very small. Also the velcro isn't very strong, so it keeps coming undone. Would be a good product if velcro was stronger.

It's really cheap and it does not cover all your lower back as in the picture, which was one of the reasons why I bought it. The top is very loose and I don't feel you does much to keep your back straight. It also has a very unpleasant smell. I used once and didn't return it because I had already used, otherwise I would have returned it. 3 stars because of the price, otherwise it may have been 1 or 2 stars.

This would work well for someone who doesn't need rigid support, as it's fairly flexible. Personally, I need more support than it really offers, but it may work well for others who just want a mild posture assist. If you're like me and are looking for an extremely rigid brace, this is not for you. It's also not as long as the product images lead you to believe. I'm 5'7" and it stops at my hip bones, which may be good for others, but limits how helpful it is for me, personally. When it comes to sizing, grab a tape measure and measure your waist at the narrowest, and the size chart will be helpful. I have a 35 inch waist, and the Medium was the correct size. I wish the straps were made of stronger, more rigid materials, as they bunch up easily and can be a bit painful in the shoulders when that happens. I also wish the boning went all the way around instead of only having four bones in the back. The lack of structure in the straps and the front limits the stability it offers, but for someone moving a lot while wearing it, that may be just what you need.

the shoulder straps just sit on your shoulders cannot adjust, shoulder straps too long. does give some back support lower back. disappointed how correct your posture if shoulder straps are too long to adjust and dont give any push back

the front of the shoulder straps cut into the shoulder and armpits in the front. The adjustment did not seem to help

It is a great prototype but the material is not what it could be. It is not very supportive. The straps are very thin and flimsy. It is very difficult to put this on correctly. I bought it for my sister. She does have some delays but if straps were labeled it like have helped tremendously. However, once we did have it on her it did pull her shoulders back a little to help with the posture. But the belt you can tell is not durable. The width of the band that goes around your back and stomach area needed to have a little more coverage (wider) and better reinforcement. If you have anything like this please respond. I hate returning things so I will keep it for myself to wear on occasion because I need help with my posture as well. Thanks

It smells like a rotten musty oder and has some sort of animal hair on it. I tried to perfume spray but the oder is too pungent I'd like a refund but I don't want anyone else getting stuck with this smelly/ hairy garbage. Maybe that's where it came from, the garbage

it would be great but stinks. smells like tires. I have tried to air out to no avail. Gives a headache
