We have been using Penetrex about 13 years now. It has really saved us from having to take pain medication. It clears up pain & bruising quickly. I also find it helps my chigger bites! This product really does help with aches and pains that includes cramps in my feet and legs. The only drawback is that I have to rub it in for quite a while but it's a small price to pay for the reliIITI do recommend it!

I use the cream in the evening for better sleep. I like the cream it is easy to apply and is odorless, I sleep better with less pain wake with out stiffness.

It works great on my shoulder and neck pain, but not well at all on my knee pain.

I have been using Penetrex for almost 10 years, and I usually apply it to my lower back and feet during massage.

After reading reviews I was hoping this would give me relief from my bad knee pain. Unfortunately it has done absolutely nothing to alleviate any pain whatsoever. Do not waste your money.
