INTEX 24ft x 52in Ultra XTR Above Ground Swimming Pool, Floats (2 Pack), & Inflatable Cooler

We haves used this brand pool for years as our children grew. This is the 2nd pool this size for us. We have found they last 4-5 years each with minimal care in the hot Fl sun where it stays up year round. Kids are gone, but we still love the larger size.

I love the size of the pool. The floats that came with the set are great. I have had them before and enjoyed the size and stability.

My free cooler was not in the package. I emailed them and they had me one in 2 days! I love my pool and am so pleased with my purchase.

We received the pool on time. After setting it up, the liner had a pin hole in the side and a tear in the bottom. Intex sent another liner in replacement. The ladder is very flimsy but works for small children.

The pool itself is nice. it came with all the hardware for the pool. however, it did not come with the two floats or the floating cooler. that was part of the cost for this order. also the pool had just shy of an inch cut and decide that we had to patch from the beginning and go by the patches because it did not come with any contacting. the seller was not successful. I went through the Walmart customer service. so far it's been 5 days. the float situation is not resolved and it was a week and a half late getting here using the carrier shipper RL carriers. they suck. they left my pool 5 ft from my highway at my driveway and we are handicapped. we had to ask neighbors to bring it up to the yard

come with a pin hole that we didnt see until full. spent 2 hours and a trip back to walmsrt for flex tape to seal it up. super disappointing for the amount of money this cost as well as the time spent prepping our yard. would not recommend this brand for the price.

I admit that I lost my money with this pool; first of all you lacked the products that came with the pool; terrible customer service that did not help me solve the problem and did not refund my money. And finally, the protective cover broke just when we went to cover it for the first time. I don't recommend it at all, it's worth a lot of money and you may regret having invested in this product.
