INTEX PureSpa Plus Greywood Deluxe 6 Person Inflatable Hot Tub Spa w/ Jets

This is my fourth in index hot tub. I've gone from the smallest to the largest. need to replace every two years but I live in Florida use this daily but I'm just one person buying it here on Walmart saved me so much money versus the other three I bought at Amazon

Great little jacuzzi for the backyard, fast shipping too. It gets pretty hot and we like the strong jet bubbles. It went on sale a day after purchase, unfortunately they don't do a price match, however have option for return and repurchase, it was heavy so that was not a good option. The spa is sturdy and has an app. Family and friends enjoyed it.

First off this tub is awesome! Zero issues with setup. Less than 24hrs from unboxing to first soak at 104 degrees... including ph leveling! The leds add a great touch but the best part is wireless control panel with wifi. The hard water treatment I'll see about in time. Arizona water is the hardest water so if it works I'll be impressed. The cover is so much more insulated than others I've had. The pump is much quieter and it almost feels like the air jets are heated. None of my old ones had heated air so that was a surprise. Over all I'm much happier with this one than any pooch my old ones!

Love the hot tub! The set up was fast and easy. Very sturdy for an inflatable hot tub. The cover is heavy duty and holds heat in very well. The only issue I have is that the app to recognize the wireless controls on the hot tub. It might be an issue with my Wi-Fi.. I haven't figured it out yet. I highly recommend this hot tub!

Very easy to set up and use. I've only used it once and don't know how well it will hold up over time but so far I'm very pleased. Purchased during a Black Friday sale and the price was right!

Initial impression of tub very good, assembled easily, great covers, and worked fine for 2 months. Began tripping off with a 'no water flow' error. Not yet fixed, but it seems to be a control board issue. Runs fine at a setting of 96F, trips out frequently at 100F. A positive - the tub includes caps to seal off all tub connections so you can remove the pump/control assembly without draining the tub. (Another manufacturer didn't have this) ... so let's see how helpful tech support will be... :) Crossing my fingers.

Do not purchase. I have purchased two of these hot tubs and both had operating panels that did not work immediately after taking it out of the box. I thought the first time was just bad luck because this hot tub gets good ratings on the sites that sell it but now that it has happened a 2nd time I would like to save anyone thinking of purchasing from the hassle. The operating panel is defective in this hot tub and once you purchase it you're stuck dealing with Intex, and no one speaks English. It's a nightmare. I now have two hot tubs that do not work. Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase.

I purchase For a Christmas gift. Delivered on December 8. I have still not been able to get in the unit. The unit is faulty. I've been on the phone with intact for about 10 hours. Trying to get this fixed. Two pumps two computer chips later I still do not have a working unit. This item is a piece of crap and I would not recommend it to anybody.. At this point, I'm questioning Intex.

If you're looking to buy the Intex PureSpa Greywood Deluxe Hot Tub beware because they do not come with a saltwater filtration system even when you pay for the upgraded model. I paid for the upgraded model and got a standard pump. They're response was sorry we no longer have that available, sorry for the inconvenience. When asked for a refund they said that model does not come with a saltwater filtration system even though it shows it on the Walmart's website, Amazon's website and ever Intex website. So what did I pay for? After spending 3 hours on the phone I'm told to box it up and send it back. There's another day of my weekend waisted!!!

Aired up the spa and it actually had three holes in it possibly may have been damaged during shipping more than likely it was damaged during processing
