[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product because it is easy to use and it helps rush my teeth better than with my regular toothbrush I love how it spins in order to get everything out and I love how you can get replacement heads so you don't have to buy the toothbrush in it. It is a little pricey, but it's worth the price. I receive this product in exchange for my honest review.

And I love that the color fades when it's time to replace it, no more guessing. If you have the iO toothbrush, these refills make the biggest difference. My teeth feel smoother, cleaner, and way fresher. 🦷✨

I picked it up at the Walmart physical store in my location, everything was fast and everything went well and the item is the original, the only thing I notice is that each head lasts less than 3 months.

They are kind of expensive for a toothbrush replacement but there's no choice but to get them. I did buy them on sale, so hopefully next time when I buy them they will be on sale again!

More expensive than generic knockoffs, but a totally different feel. Unlike cheaper copies, these glide across tooth surfaces and don't make odd noises as they spin. The vibration (sonic) performance also is superior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These OralB iO Ultimate Clean Refills are the perfect replacement brush heads for my Oral-B iO Electric Toothbrush. I like that there are four refills in this pack. These brush heads have nice soft bristles to clean teeth gently and thoroughly. The bristles follow the shape of my teeth and gums effortlessly and feel gentle. I like that the color of the brush heads transforms from blue to white to signal that it is time to replace the brush head. With four replacement heads in one pack, I will always have a new replacement on hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter got this toothbrush for Christmas so these came at a perfect time for her to change the head. She loves the feel of the heads - not too soft and not to firm - and they get her teeth really clean.

I bought the six pack of the ultimate clean refills. Each one (on my 3rd refill now) has only lasted less than 30 days before the blue had disappeared from the head! What the heck?! I've always ordered the plaque removal style prior with each lasting well beyond 30 days. Please exchange these and replace with the plaque ones. Can't afford to be replacing a head every month. By the way, I LOVE my iO 7 brush! Hygienist has a positive comment on my brushing each time I go for my 6 month cleaning. 70 years old and proud of my teeth and Oral B, except for these ultimate clean refills. I have included pics too.

Any rating would be truly misleading, I never used this product. I was thinking I was ordering the handle (or base) as well as the bristles as being extra … included in the price. So since I didn't have the handle (or base it might be named), I have no opinion.

NO way this was an Oral B toothbrush replacement. The bristles were so flimsy compared to the new original toothbrush bristles I got with OralB toothbrush purchased last year from WM. This SECOND ATIME I bought a thru WM on line %26 recd inferior product. WM STOP BUYING KNOCK OFF brands that's supposed to be by the original mfg…🤨
