ionMug and Charging Coaster – 12.8oz Heated Ceramic Coffee Mug with Wireless Charging Coaster

I work in an office and i get so busy my coffee often goes cold and wasted an enjoyable cup of coffee...Now it truly is...good to the last drop. I can even let it get luke warm slap it back on the base and bring it back to a nice piping hot cup of coffee. I hope the product lasts and if fails they have a decent return policy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg I was excited to test out this Ceramic Mug!! So I tried out first is the wireless charger. Not only is it suppose to keep the ceramic drink warm but it also charges my phone!! I honestly thought it was just to keep my drink warm and wasn't sure what to expect. I was even more stoked that my phone was compatible with the charger!! Okay, I made my coffee and poured it into the mug and as I was going through my day my coffee was truly kept warm! I was so surprised and amazed how cool this mug and coaster is. By far my favorite home tester club test yet!! Thank you so much for this opportunity. I truly appreciate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the fact that you can charge your phone on the base. The only thing for me is it doesn't get hot as it should, and it takes a little longer to charge my phone then a regular wall charger. Other then that I I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mug is sleek and nice to look at but as far as functionality, it doesn't surpass a regular mug for me. It's actually on the small side for what I like in mugs. I do like the color and the lid is a nice touch too. In the time I have to drink my coffee in the mornings before work while I get ready, the heating pad element is kind if unnecessary for me. BUT, I do see this being awesome for weekend mornings when I have ample time to drink hot coffee for more than 30 minutes. I like how he heating pad is also a wireless charger although it would be awful for it to malfunction and burn up your phone. My phone isn't compatible, tho, so I don't have to worry about it. It's not great that the heating pad didn't work unless it was plugged in. Either way, I think I'll stick to my regular mug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ThE Ceramic Ion Mug overall was a neat product to try out. It would have been better to try in the winter due to not being a coffee drinker but I used hot chocolate and I liked it. I cannot charge my phone on it because it wasn't compatible so that was a let down. I also was upset because the kid to the mug did not fit on it right. It was wobbly and it kept falling off. So the job it had of keep the warmth of the drink in was not up to performance. If my friends have a phone that's compatible I would tell them to give it a try if it's reasonably priced if not I would tell them to pass and go buy a wireless charger.

Product looks and feels good. It does NOT however keep liquids hot. Warm or slightly above room temperature is more accurate. Once off the coaster it loses heat fast, even with the lid. For the price don't expect it to heat anything like coffee or tea. There is no way to adjust the temperature whatsoever. If you don't like cold water and want it warmed up, say because you have very sensitive teeth, this is the product for you.

I normally do not respond to these reviews if I have nothing positive to say but I am breaking this rule today. The product is useless. It never heats the coffee much if ever beyond only slightly above lukewarm. I have tried all of the suggestions for putting it on and/or off the charger at least once an hour and/or leaving it for much more and/or less just to trigger a response. It was packaged for shipping better than any product I have ever purchased so it was not possible for me to repackage and return it. The concept for this product is a good one but, again, it is useless. as purchased.

This mug does not keep anything warm unless it's on the coaster all the time. I might as well just have a warming coaster for a much less expensive coffee cup. And the lid does not stay on, will not prevent spills, and is likely to get broken before too long.

The wireless charging coaster does not keep my coffee hot. I am very disappointed as I understood that that coaster was to keep my beverage at 122 degrees.

this item is not as advertised...it says its a wireless charging base ..no photos anywhere of it plugged in ..it only heats the mug if the base is plugged in....useless and not convenient...i plan to return it
