ionMug and Charging Coaster – 12.8oz Heated Ceramic Coffee Mug with Wireless Charging Coaster

I work in an office and i get so busy my coffee often goes cold and wasted an enjoyable cup of coffee...Now it truly is...good to the last drop. I can even let it get luke warm slap it back on the base and bring it back to a nice piping hot cup of coffee. I hope the product lasts and if fails they have a decent return policy.

Nice design and concept but does not get hot, only warm. It's not an enjoyable drinking temperature. Get the stainless steel version instead!

Product looks and feels good. It does NOT however keep liquids hot. Warm or slightly above room temperature is more accurate. Once off the coaster it loses heat fast, even with the lid. For the price don't expect it to heat anything like coffee or tea. There is no way to adjust the temperature whatsoever. If you don't like cold water and want it warmed up, say because you have very sensitive teeth, this is the product for you.

I normally do not respond to these reviews if I have nothing positive to say but I am breaking this rule today. The product is useless. It never heats the coffee much if ever beyond only slightly above lukewarm. I have tried all of the suggestions for putting it on and/or off the charger at least once an hour and/or leaving it for much more and/or less just to trigger a response. It was packaged for shipping better than any product I have ever purchased so it was not possible for me to repackage and return it. The concept for this product is a good one but, again, it is useless. as purchased.

This mug does not keep anything warm unless it's on the coaster all the time. I might as well just have a warming coaster for a much less expensive coffee cup. And the lid does not stay on, will not prevent spills, and is likely to get broken before too long.

The wireless charging coaster does not keep my coffee hot. I am very disappointed as I understood that that coaster was to keep my beverage at 122 degrees.

this item is not as advertised...it says its a wireless charging base ..no photos anywhere of it plugged in ..it only heats the mug if the base is plugged in....useless and not convenient...i plan to return it

Item looks used. Mug scratched and dirty. Bottom of packaging was torn open and had been placed inside shipping envelope like this.

This was going to be nice to keep coffe warm, but… A foil medicine wrapper laid across the round disk and it burned within 2 minutes

Advertised as keeping your beverage hot - it did not, it barely kept the beverage lukewarm. Don't waste your money.
