Can tell there are quality ingredients in here. I read about the benefits and decided to add this to my program. Not much of a taste, maybe chalky but it's easy to take with water.

I buy these for my Dad who has stage 4 prostate cancer. It's been 6 years and he has been taking IP6 for 3 years alongside all his other oncologist prescribed meds. I'll be one comment lost in a sea of others but I took this for the health benefits, instead of feeling better just after the first dosage which I limited to 3/4 scoop I started feeling poor. This continued over the next 24 hours with horrible abdominal pain by the next morning and a head cold feeling that hasn't stopped, unfortunately ever since taking this 3 months ago I haven't felt full better and instead have daily headaches which I rarely ever experienced previously. This product has been horrible for me and I hope one day I can feel a bit better, it's the last supplement I took. If this can save one person from my torment then I hope it does. When speaking with the manufacturer about the product they weren't equipped to answer simple questions like product half life, this is a red flag that they probably don't know what they're manufacturing

I bought ip6 for a cancer protocol but it absolutely doesn't work with me! It bloated me as if I was 5 months pregnant! I managed to get to the end of the package but simply coz I didn't want to waste money or give in too early. Unfortunately the bloating lasted till the last scoop.
