one of my containers came with a broken clip. My closet looks so much better. i put my sheets sets in each box so that it would make it look more organized.

Excellent product, sturdy, inexpensive and arrived quickly. If you are moving items away from cardboard bankers boxes to waterproof, insect and mice proof, these are the way to go.

great buy but my stack of containers came today and one was broken. I'm sure it's the delivery person but it still sucka getting product you can't use.

Although the bins are attractive and sturdy the delivery was incomplete. Four boxes of eight bins per box were ordered. The delivery time was reasonable, however, each box contained eight bins, but only six lids. There should have been eight lids in each box, one for each bin. Although this appears to be a good product the delivered item was incomplete. Since it occurred in all four boxes this was not a random oversight.

Handles keep falling off. Very annoying!

4 totes were missing the latch/clasps-2 were inside of the top tote with the notches in tact so I was able to reassemble and can utilize. The others are completely snapped off and totes unusable. I disregarded the reviews and purchased these because I needed this size however, they are useless without being able to secure them closed. They shipped fast! 4 totes are useless, 4 functional-the little pieces that snapped off are not in the box at all hence they were packed broken and only 3 broke in transit because there are only 3 little pieces. And 4 latches completely missing. I will now see how they intend to remedy this situation of no latches for latching lids onto the totes for half of the purchase. I will attempt to do a follow up after trying to reach resolution and do another review. If the toes were usable I would give a 5 star-they are the perfect size for what I need. I'm rather disappointed that I will not be able to use them because the tips just fall off without the latched to hold them down.

Not pleased with these. the little black clip locks for the tops are broken on half of the containers. Every one has a faulty clip.

I have specific delivery instructions and well they say they left it at my front door. Guess I live in my shed now. My instructions specifically say on the bench on covered porch and they couldn't even be bothered to put it on. rhe shed porch a foot away in case it rained. If the delivery is bad it spoils the whole experience... pass on instructions to your delivery people.
