These file boxes are perfect for file storage. They can be used for conveniently storing other items as well. I like the size. I used to have larger file boxes, but the larger ones were too heavy to move around. This size is perfect! Customer service is excellent if you have an issue.

Delivery boxes are flimsy and not taped securely. I out of 12 file boxes (lid and box) were cracked with plastic pieces knocked out. Delivery instructions were to leave these at the front door. My neighbor called to tell me they were in front of my garage door (not visible area by ring doorbell).

I love the containers for sorting LOTS of Family photos in hanging file folders. However, I'm frustrated because one of the lids arrived damaged %26 I don't know how to get it replaced.

The concept of stacking file boxes is great. However, this attempt was futile. The lids do not snap on or click into placd. You just rest the lid on top. Do not try to stack more than 2. The box was the correct size for file folders and the rails inside are great.

no packaging in real thin box. almost every items both the tops and bottoms was cracked or busted out. real thin plastic. won't reorder this item after return.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement- I returned mine from Amazon because I saw Walmart had four for the price I bought for two. Well I finally got them and all four of the boxes had the edges broken and cracked . Like not just little cracks but fully cracked.

can broken to bad cause I bought to see how good they were cause I do need 100 of this size box ???????????

One was broken during shipping. Flimsy and lighter weight. I will order something from somewhere else!! Disappointed!!!

Two out of four bins arrived damaged. Smashed corners on bins corresponding to damaged area on shipping container.

Ordered the pack of four, one lid was cracked and one of the boxes had a busted corner. This happened the last time I ordered this.
