IRIS Large Enclosed Hooded Litter Box with Front Door Flap and Scoop

This is the third litter box I have ordered. It is perfect for my 4 cats. The only thing I had to do was take off the entry door because my kitties don't like them. It has nothing to do with the litter box itself. I plan on buying another one to accommodate my household. I really like the fact that a portion of the top opens up to make it easier to scoop out the litter boxes.

i wasn't sure about this litter box at first. i figured it out and it works great. the sides are really high, so the litter doesn't go over the sides and onto the floor. also i was using the cover and realized my cats are bigger so they can't get their butts in the front. so i left it off. and now they can use the whole box front and back. also there was an extra litter box in the box with a high wall and extra sides on it. so basically a topless box. so they can't kick the litter out. so I'm super happy with this purchase

I did think about only giving it four stars because, with the door attached, my cats can't seem to figure out that they can get OUT of the litterbox... but I decided that it's not the litterbox's fault that my cats aren't the cleverest. We took the door off and my messy cat's litter is contained. There is still a little on their paws when they leave the box, but they're not shooting litter everywhere so I am more than pleased with this box. We just need to get one of those litter catching mats to put in front of the box and we will be gold.

This was very helpful I had a cat that like to play in the litter box and it would get everywhere so this helped a lot a good size also

I have two cats that I believe are recreational bathroom users. Almost like it is a contest for them to see how many times they can use it in a day. The smell and site of the litter box was horrifying. Now the smell is minimalized significantly due to the enclosure. I will say it looks a bit cramped in there, but it used for business not pleasure. It is nice and cheap and figure it will fall apart quickly, however that has proven to be untrue. I ended up taking off the door on the front to make it easier for the cats plus it will fall off occasionally.

This box is easy to use. The top is a little iffy, as the cats are able to knock it off but overall, it's a nice design, especially the little grate that fits in for them to wipe their paws! That alone is a huge help! Overall, it was a good purchase for the price!

Def recommend this litter box, love the little grate that comes inside the box so when the cat steps out it gets the litter off his feet.. Just wish the lid snapped onto the box so you could pick the whole box up at one time instead of seperatly.

I bought this cat litter box because of the great that was included with the purchase. The reviews all stated that it was a great idea which should have been thought of earlier. Well my cats must decide to pinch the cat litter in between their toes when they're climbing out because the litter is all over the floor.

This is undoubtedly the cheapest box I have ever purchased. There are no hinges therefore the box cannot be picked up by the handle because only the top lifts. There is a split design for cleaning but this is really ridiculous because the entire top needs to be removed if you are cleaning the box. The split top design only further weakens the structure. The grate which the cat is supposed to step on moves thereby providing an unstable surface for the cat. Animals like solid ground. Overall the poorest design I have ever seen for a litter box.

The bumps at the bottom of the box (part of the shape of the box) make it difficult to cleanly scoop out litter.
