IRIS Open Top Cat Litter Box with Shield, Navy

I purchased these for my eldery uncle, who desperately needed new litter pans to replace the ones he had for his cats. These ended up coming in time, even though they weren't shipped for several days. and therefore i thlught they'd be delivered late.

Simple enough to assemble. So much easier when there's two people. It's exactly what I wanted because I can store the litter on one side, which is out of sight and have the litter box in the other. One other nice feature - since it opens on the side, the cats can have a bed on the top.

I have bought two of these litter boxes. I used to have only one big cat with a covered litter box. I always felt bad for him trying to use it and turn round. But now, we have two cats, one big cat and one little cat and neither has an issue using these.

Definitely a recommended cat box for cats/owners who don't like the fully enclosed ones. my cat loves to fling litter when he's finished %26 this really stopped the mess %26 the box itself is easy cleaning. WIsh it was like 2more inches bigger each way, that's only complaint

I'm glad I didn't go by previous reviews. I have a large finicky, elderly cat. She's able to get inside the litter box and have plenty of room to do her business. The top only fits one way and snaps into place securely. She's able to scratch with her normal habits without popping the top off. I highly recommend this particular little box. Keeps litter scatter to a minimum. Our son's cat had a litter of 5 and boy were they messy when they started using the litterboxes. We had the standard rectangular boxes with short sides. They were very "enthusiastic" about covering their business and litter went everywhere. These boxes with the high sides keeps that activity contained inside the box with only a small amount getting tracked out and that is what's on their paws.

This is a excellent catbox which has plenty of room for any size cat to use . I have been a cat owner for 20 years and this box is the best value for the money I have ever purchased My cat loves it and I enjoy the detachable side which keeps the litter in the box and not all over my floor

I thought that this litter box would be bigger than it is, that the length of the litter box was longer, so when my cat scratched the litter would not fly out. The litter is flying out of the box and making a mess. I regret this purchase. I do like the height of the sides of the shields, though.

BEWARE! This is a very small litter box! This box is actually only good for kittens. Do not buy this one if you are using it for adult cats. We had several pee puddles on the floor right in front of the box before we could get a replacement, larger box.

Walmart should NOT ALLOW companies that can not meet orders to be on their site. This seller “delayed” my order and then cancelled the order because 1 warehouse was out but the item shows available from a different warehouse and I can reorder. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! If you can't ship it the first time I order it I will NOT order it again. Walmart should hold their sellers to a higher standard. Shame on all of you.
