Seller delivered this to me the next day. Packaging was extremely professional - everything showed up in dust bags. Seems like a reliable robot vacuum that more than covers the basics. The app is easy to use and is not crowded with a bunch of extra features. There are two buttons: Vacuum everywhere and Mop everywhere. That's it. Highly recommend to those looking for an easy and reliable little helper.
I have a much more expensive one, same brand. This one works 5 times better and was 5 times cheaper.
Good price in Black Friday sale Bought this for the downstairs tiled areas to replace another roomba j7 which is now upstairs There didn't seem to be a mapping option when I first used it although it sort of used the other roombas map After a few uses it now seems to spend most of its battery time on a rug ( 2 hours last time) I've tried rebooting and also deleted the app and started again but isn't much better Would probably recommend another vac/mop if honest
Product electronically does not suit my product electronically does not suit my needs. It has difficulty completely sweeping the room. It goes in one straight line does not go all around the room and it has a problem finding its way back home when you end the cleaning session and send it home.
This Roomba does not do any mapping and it cannot stay out of rooms, which was one of the main reasons I purchased it. Because it fails to do what was advertised, I feel like I wasted my money on this item. I'm very disappointed in the performance.
Do not buy this unit. My Shark vacuum was so much more efficient. It lasted three years. This system is problematic. You have to be monitoring at all times. I could run my Shark when I wasn't home, no problem. Again, don't buy this item unless you want mother it all the time. I wish I had purchased another Shark.
I bought this on Walmart.com and it was apparently sent to me through a third party vendor but came with an Amazon return label on it. Once opened it was easy to see that it had been used. There was dirt in the vacuum and hair in the bristles. I was able to return it but why am I paying full price for returned and refurbished items. I will not buy online from Walmart again, this is the second time this has happened.
I'm very disappointed with this Roomba. The mop feature doesn't work at all — it barely releases any water, and since there's no scrubbing or agitation, it just dampens the floor without actually cleaning. On top of that, the robot doesn't navigate properly. Instead of cleaning the whole house, it just moves randomly, bumps into walls, and then changes direction. It misses large areas completely, so it's not actually vacuuming or mopping the entire space. For the price, I expected much better performance.
I had an older version that was so effective I bought this newer version when that one got destroyed in a fire. This version that is supposed to be better has nothing to write home about. It practically vacuums nothing and I have to still sweep manually everyday irrespective of it working once and sometimes twice a day. It sweeps no corner, practically missing trash and crumbs everywhere. Practically a total waste of money. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! The worst of all is the mopping function, that's actual laughable (lol) as it practically just wipes liquid over the floor. I have practically stopped using the function as it is a total waste of time. Save yourself some stress and cash out of your pocket DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
Runs into and over everything in its way. Got stuck multiple times trying to go under my couches. Was not impressed.
