If one can love a vacuum I would say that I love my Dyson. It's very convenient and holds a charge for about an hour on Eco charge. The medium charge usually for about 35to 40 min with the higher boost about 6 minutes so you have to know what kind of cleaning you're going to do ahead of time. It does re charge pretty quickly and the attachments are super easy to attach and detach. Of note the container is pretty small but it is very easy to empty and clean but you'll be doing that frequently. The charge station is also very convenient. Great product

I've only had the V 12 for a few months. It's working great , Has great suction, And gets under things with ease. My daughter has had the V 12 for a little over a year and she loves it. The only thing I have had an issue with is separating the attachment so I can empty the waste bin. It is very difficult. I'm hoping Dyson might respond with a solution to this difficult task. Is there something I can put on the end that would make it easier.

The Dyson V12 stopped working since day one. So far is being a total disappointment. 2 weeks after.... I got the new one and it is working perfectly. I am also satisfied with Dyson service.

I bought this a month ago and I was thrilled because I love your products. Well engineered functioning for optimal suction. Leading brand as far as design, which makes you the most reputable. I was so excited to get my vacuum, but for some reason the long hose that attaches to the suction does attach properly and a lot of air escapes at the top, which doesn't let it suction the dust a properly. I have to go over my carpet two or three times to get it to clean, then wait for it to finish overheating.

This was our second second Dyson stick vacuum. The first one was amazing. This one not so much . It has a headlight so you can see the dust and dirt.would be nice if it picked it up. Battery is smaller so doesn't last long between charges. And for some reason it is hard to change attachments. Didn't have that problem with the other one.

The battery pack disconnects from the vaccum when in the wall charging port. And comes out even when vacuuming. And have to continually push it back in. Barley holds a charge. And very small dust container. Fills very quickly. Very disappointing

Upon receiving the vacuum I put it together. The tube was hard to attach to the vacuum head but I got it to work. After I cleaned it was impossible to press the button to pull the tube off. My husband finally helped and his finger was cut badly from trying to do it. Then trying to empty it into the trash can was a mess. I really don't like how all the dust kicks back at you when emptying. It is unsanitary for such an expensive vacuum.I called Dyson and have shipped it in for repair. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this vacuum until they have fixed the attaching issue.

As someone who builds marketing websites, I'm shocked by the gap between Dyson's branding and the actual build quality of the V12. The connector on the pole arrived loose, making it nearly impossible to detach without a struggle—I eventually had to duct tape it just to keep it functional. Even worse, the suction assembly won't stay closed without being taped shut. It's "complete garbage" from a mechanical standpoint. I'm currently producing a comparison video to show why much cheaper competitors are outperforming this unit. Save your money; do not buy a Dyson. I bought the insurance, lets see if it works.

I was really hoping it would be great. It does the job but notice things as we used it. It is impossible for my wife to change the attachments because they are so tight. I need to do it and it takes way too much force. The power connection between the unit and attachment fell out. On the hair smaller attachment you have to hit it to get it to go in then removing it is difficult to say the least. It came with a wall mount which is the power cord plug end and it is supposed to go into the unit when you push it down. I did not wall mount it because it looks like it will be a problem. The battery seems to deplete fast but I have not timed it. Like I said I want to like it but not so much. I need to go through the hassle of getting a replacement and hope it is better or go through the pain of finding a better one and return this one.
