iRobot® Roomba® i3+ EVO (3550) Wi-Fi® Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum "Certified Refurbished"

I bought this to replace my broken one (also i3). It turns out that it is much better than the one I had before.

I like all of the cool features roomba has: mapping out the rooms it clean, set schedule (optional), color code for rooms, and easy to assemble. Since my roomba was refurbished it did not come with instructions but it does tell you have to retrieve them on the safety sheet. It's a bit noisy because it cleans well. I love it.

I love having this self emptying roomba. However this is my second one - I bought this same refurbished one and they send me a broken one… had to return and get another. This one works well. It's easy to set up and works well, very convenient. Only complaint is the self emptying feature is LOUD be warned.And it self empty's after every single clean. Only way to make it stop is put it on do not disturb mode in scheduling on the app and then manually send it out to clean. Also though this one is the roomba that maps, it still seems to bump into stuff a lot.. but other than that it's really helpful as a full time mom who can't get around to vacuuming daily!

Received Roomba however no owners manual or operating guide came with unit. Having trouble charging and operating at this time. Needless to say the verdicts still out but a bit disappointed at this time.

The refurbished iRobot looked wonderful. It does not have any flaws, no scratches or dents. I had problems and still have problems using the app. It doesn't want to connect. When using it, it has a hot smell, but it's not hot. It does wonderfully vacuuming and emptying out.

I've had this robot one month yesterday and the bristles have stopped spinning. Called romba they're replacing the part but I have to change it out.

No instructions. Would not connect to the internet. Would not buy again

They sent me a broken robot and dealing with their customer care / tech care is a nightmare where they force you to send photos of what is “wrong” and make it a huge process. They need to just send working order robots and not make these things take a year to get resolved.

It has no instructions and the plug is missing

Refurbished i3 Roomba. On time and the box in good shape. Open found animal hair on the robot and the bag was full off animal hair - just nasty. Currently the Roomba does not have a charge so it cannot be set-up. Sure hope it takes a charge
