This chelated iron supplement helps give me energy throughout the day.

As they say on the container, no constipation. I truly appreciate an iron supplement that does not cause constipation and when I donate blood to the American Red Cross, my blood iron is sufficient to donate.

This iron complex (with food) gets you the extra iron with out constipation. I recommend this product with a good side effect of NOT GETTING STOPPED UP!

good iron

This product works great but has a terrible taste before you swallow it. No aftertaste though.

I bought it because of it's high rating on the Consumer's Reports for absorption. I hoped it would increase my energy. It did somewhat but not enough.

I bought this hoping that it would help me with my energy level because I am tired all the time. After 4 weeks, still the same. I will buy just Ferrous Iron and B-12 next time to help with energy because you can get then at higher doses if you buy them separately.

I really wanted to love this product and I'm sure it's helping me on some level but I'm having a really hard time getting around the taste. I've tried so many different things to try to swallow it without getting that taste in my mouth, but I'm having difficulty. It kind of reminds me of if you had a mouthful of dried spinach. and it sticks around for awhile aftetwards.
