Pure satisfaction!
I took this for 30 days, as directed. Drank 125 oz of water every day, ate low fat diet...lean meats, fresh vegetables, light starch or carbs. I exercised 4 days a week for 1 hr, no cardio, light weight, yoga, streches. I lost 24 lbs and 8 inches off of my belly, outer and inner thighs. Pounds that I have been trying to loose since my hysterectomy in 2017. This product is awesome!!!

Worked great for me
Started out taking 3 in the am and 3 in the PM. After 2 weeks I could tell my midsection and stomach was going down and even lost a few inches in the waist. I reduce my pills to 3 a day and I'm looking to start a new bottle soon.

Not worth the discomfort
I bought this on whim at WalMart last week. I have only taken it twice, and only did 2 pills versus 3 and I only took once in the day. Noticed extreme abdominal discomfort and pain. I did it as directed with a meal. I was literally burping up the taste of the pill. I was in discomfort for about 3-4 hours min. I will try 1 pill dosage, but cant believe they are suggesting 3 pills twice a day. If the one pill doesn't yield a better result I will be returning for a refund.
