Apparently, almost everyone is prone to being deficient, or low, in Vitamin D. I'm not a fan of the sun because I burn easily, and I don't drink milk, so supplements are my only option. I believe I read, that taking Vitamin K2 with D3 makes calcium go to the right places. Well, I have a couple friends and a relative who have had trouble with calcium going where it shouldn't have. Now, I'm reluctant to take Vitamin D, without K. These make it very convenient and I really like this brand.

Taking this product for 4 yrs now. Eliminates pain in shoulder due to bone spurs. Great pain repeater.

Real effect. Almost reasonable price.

I've used this supplement for years. Vitamin D must be taken with Vitamin K, and this is the best and easiest way to do it. The capsules are in a glass bottle -good for recycling.

The supplement arrived earlier than predicted, and was in good condition.

Second bottle, I love having the D and K together

Provides essential nutrients that are lacking in my regular diet. These help to fill in some of those shortages very nicely.

This supplement contains titanium dioxide which is a known toxin and for that I will not purchase this anymore. It is very unfortunate that the color of these capsules is more important to the manufacturer than their customer's health.
