Irwin Naturals Weekend Colon Flush

I took this about 5 days before I was scheduled for a colonoscopy. I decided to add this extra step to make sure I was ready. It helped cleanse without cramps. I definitely recommend drinking the amount of water it states when taking the pills. I didn't on one occasion and had a horrible taste when burping. I definitely didn't make that mistake again. I would definitely recommend this product.

Was going back on a "Carnivore Diet" and wanting to clean my system out. Was disappointed because I experience no results until the end of day 3. By the end of day 3 and day 4 it defintely worked. Was very pleased with the final results

Worth for fat burner and cleansing

I wanted to take this to restart my system, so to speak. I eat a healthy diet but have been feeling sluggish since the holidays. While taking the pills I ate no meat or cheese and I drank 16oz of water with each dose. I also had a minimal intake of 80oz of water per day. I experienced no cramps or pain but very mild bloating on the third day. Never had to run to the bathroom and no excessive gas. Did this product make me have bms? Yes. To be honest I experience more of a clearing out from taking a correctol. You will go on this but it wasn't near what I needed. Will not buy again and would only suggest this to a person with mild backup.

I have a mixed review. Does it work? YES. Is it pleasant? Ehh, not really. Make sure to stay hydrated and do not eat heavy meals as they won't stay in your system long. 3 pills is a bit much, I recommend maybe just sticking to 2. It does what it says but make sure you are off the three days or near a toilet at all times.

I gave it 3 stars because im on my last day of taking it and last dose as far as i can tell it hasnt done much for me it seems to only work at night when your body is relaxed i felt a little cramping in my stomach but nothing major it made me go but not alot it gave me a little gas and i lost no fluid at all maybe it depends on the person or how much you eat while your doing it i dont know but i do know it didnt work as well for me as i saw on other reviews and im not just complaining my being honest

didnt work n i bought 2 disappointed i had to use more than indicated ive been using another product which works great so this one no the other product will continue to buy this product i wont my stomach did not hurt from taking even though i took more frequent in am %26 Pm it work by taking double in am %26 pm without discomfort maybe i will try again

No no no, you get what you pay for. Dont buy these, theres a zillion brands better than this one. thumbs down
