Jack Daniel's Original BBQ Sauce, 19.5 oz

I have always used Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce it it has been difficult to find. I was pleasantly surprised to find at Walmart. This sauce is great. I have problems in my mouth and I can't used any other sauce because they are spicy. Jack Daniel's is just right.

As a BBQ sauce fan, I've tried at least 30 different brands. While not particularly spicy at all, it's delightfully sweet without being overwhelming, and the glass bottle gets rid of a lot of the typical plastic taste. Not only that, but it's perfect in terms of consistency. With almost the same consistency as salsa without the chunkiness, it's perfect on a sandwich, burger, or fries.

I use a bottle of this every month. I really like the smokey sweet flavor and the hint of whiskey. The whiskey flavor is pretty light but you can tell it's there. It's a little sweet but I like it and I don't use a lot at a time. I use this mostly as a dipping sauce for chicken strips, nuggets and fries. I like to pour some ranch dress in a sauce cup and add a line of the BBQ sauce on the edge so I can get some of each sauce with each bite. For me they have to be separated because they don't taste the same if you mix them. I like to buy rotisserie chickens and I will spread this over the chicken when I reheat it. It bakes into the skin and gives the chicken a wonderful flavor. I also add it to chili and hamburgers. I actually use it quite often hence a bottle a month. It's kind of thick sometimes it's a challenge getting it out the first time. Shake and Shake the BBQ bottle none will come then a lot'll. Once you get that initial pour it's not an issue. This is also really good on ribs, Holy Cow it's incredibly delicious on ribs. mmm mmm mmm

Really good BBQ restaurant quality sauce. It's hard to find a good prepackaged sauce that's as good as you can get from a local bbq spot that makes their own sauce. I've tried countless brands and so far this is the closest I've seen a sauce be to authentic homemade sauce that doesn't taste completely artificial. I can't handle heat but I prefer a sweeter sauce so I mix this original one with the sweet and spicy one so it tones down the spiciness of that one but also adds a touch of sweetness to this one.

I stopped using ketchup on fries back in the 80's when I moved to Europe for many years. And when I returned to the states, I found I much preferred BBQ sauce to the ketchup of my youth or that mayo of my time in Europe. I'd been using another almost exclusively for the last 30 years, but wanted to try a few others just to see if there was something better out there. I didn't like this as much as my normal one on my cheseeburgers and such, but I have to say, for french fries, this is probably the best I've ever used. Flavor is kind of lost in a cheeseburger, but on fries, it really stands out and brings a depth that my normal spicy BBQ sauce didn't quite do as well on the fries.

Please try this sauce. If you try it you purchase it for life. I love it on hamburgers with some honey mustard. Your barbecues will be a hit with this sauce.

Great all around BBQ sauce that tastes like what you find in restaurants. It's great on ribs, burgers, in meatloaf etc. The right combination of sweet and spicy make this an excellent choice. Thank you🙂

like the product but am having problems with my discount card! you never accept my discount card! always says that there's a problem! I want to be able to use it

I didn't taste the Jack Daniel's so much, which might be a plus for you? But it is a uniquely sweet BBQ sauce I am happy to bye again 😋 For a full on family BBQ, you would need to use more than just this one jar though.
