Weber Gourmet Burger Seasoning, 5.75 oz

Gourmet Burger Seasoning is the perfect seasoning , I use it not only for burgers but beef stew, steaks, roasts, ribs and more. It's a “MUST HAVE”in our home!

cover both sides of your burger with this and press into the meat. toast your buns diced raw onion add ketchup, wing sauce or whatever you like. pan fry, slow cook, fat will ooze out while cooking. do NOT press down on it while it's cooking, I use a fork to hold it in place while I use a tablespoon to remove the oozed out fat from around it. my burgers are always medium well to well done and not dried out. don't forget the cheese in time for it to melt. enjoy and just a note; if you're on a low/no sodium diet this spice is not for you.

this seasoning is really good. y'all, i have been making burgers for years and they have never been as good as when i started using this. flatten your patty out, rub this seasoning in on both sides, cook the burger, and put some cheese on it. it's so good. oh, and caramelized onions and a brioche bun will bring it to a 10/10 dinner. i don't even leave reviews on products ever, but if you read this, try it.

This seasoning is great on steak, burgers, ribs, and any beef. It's good on pork, but best on beef. Season generously and add a little garlic salt and slow bbq to your preferred doneness.

From meats on the Traeger or in the oven to scrambled eggs, this stuff is SO good. I have tried other brands, but they don't compare. This has the perfect blend of heat, sweet, garlic, salt.

I've used this stuff on my burgers and actually even used it on my beans when I made up my beans and ham in my Crock-Pot thing is it turned everything out smoke flavored I loved it I would use this again in anything... well, almost everything!

def recommend! for a tasty burger it is great. typically i mix it in the meat before making patties but it works good either way.

Great on burgers and nothing else, it's really gives a very good flavor. I just sprinkle on both sides of burger LIGHTLY and into my air fryer, don't over cook. When its done a little cheddar tops it off.
