Great smoking chips!
We smoked a big brisket and pork butt using these and some apple wood for a work party. I felt bad for the employees near the smoker because the smell was so good for the two days we had it going! The chips held the water well and everyone loved the taste!

Was used in smoking a 15 lb Turkey when Turkey was done smoking and was served everyone loved the taste of smoked turkey and there was hardly any turkey for left overs.
