This was actually an oopsie as I usually buy the Jarrow phosphatildylserine in the gelcaps. I now have re-ordered the gelcaps but my healthcare provider said this was fine so I'm going to finish it. I have brain fog from MS & this helps me think more clearly. I take it long term.

Having a super stressfull job which also causes tightness in my neck I had nothing to lose and i was so surprised. I find myself much more calm to the point where at points in my job i thought "i should be totalky stressed out" but i wasn't. Bought this supplement for my 7 yo son who is autistic with adhd and apraxia. It is difficult for him to take supplements in pill or tablet form, so I dissolving it in his chocolate drink in the morning. This supplement is dissolved well, and doesn't leave the drink with unpleasant taste. For the result, it's probably too early to tell.
