JB Kinesiology Sports Tapes, Green, 80 Pre-Cut Strips, 4 Rolls

Wow! A teen suggested that I use this on my lower back for back pain. They gave relief almost immediately. They are easy to use. I try to apply in several strips after a hot shower. I have been very pleased and highly recommend these for muscle or back pain.

I have 3 sprained tendons in my knee and other than pain pills this is the only thing I have found that helps. Braces fall down, this stays and adds support. Make sure you wipe affected area with alcohol first.

These stripes really work. My husband has bone on bone In his shoulder and it's hurts constantly. He applies the stripes and he can at lease use his arm a little with out pain .

Product was packaged nicely, with each roll in its own separate box, and the roll within, in plastic wrapping. It seems to stick nicely. It is not very waterproof, though this is an understandable sacrifice for the low price. Tip for applying: Dont stretch the first and last inch of the tape - this will reduce the odds of it peeling off.

I pulled something in my left knee and these tapes did the trick. Fast relief and they stay on for days!

Matches my daughters volleyball shoes perfectly. Also, the product works while she throws herself around on the court.

I am using this for mouth tape and it works great! You are naturally forced to breath out of your nose and taking deeper breaths gives you a better night sleep and keeps you from being a shallow “mouth breather and inhibits snoring”💤- a win/ win!!!

This is fantastic kinesiology tape! Our girls dance, and have flat arches, so I tape their feet for dance so they have extra arch support. This was getting expensive until I found this tape! This tape will hold up well for multiple days, sometimes even up to a week depending on where the tape is applied. The tape stands up to showers as well! It is sturdy and it supports the body very well! I am so impressed and happy that we found this tape!

Product was as described. I feel that the stickiness of th strips are not as secure as other brands.

I loved these until it was time to take the tape off. It took strips of my skin with it. Left actual scars on my shoulder and neck. My husband said "You should have found the name brand instead of buying the cheapest kt tape you could find." Maybe he was right for once. lol
