The hand weights are exactly what I wanted and especially useful for those who have tendonitis issues in their hands associated with grip. My issue was with the delivery. It was delayed and then delayed again and the delayed again. When it finally landed on my front porch, the box was almost completely destroyed and I'm lucky the weights arrived at all. Whoever packed this shipment gave no thought to the security of the contents.

The perfect way to exercise. These weights can be placed near where you sit to read, eat or watch TV. The weight is small and easy to use and can be carried anywhere. The three pounder is my favorite, light enough to be able to do numerous reps and heavy enough to make a difference. We also have a one pound weight that my wife llikes.

Great for my carpal tunnel syndrome these D grip dumbbbells prevent me from dropping them while I exercise on stationary bike or do walking workout! Only con is the color is a dark navy blue unlike the turquoise shade on my PC or cell phone! They're a fantastic size, seem durable and are my favorite workout weight's now. I am currently in Rehab because I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery September 30. I ordered the 1 pound and a 2 pound weights to build up my strength. I have used them several times and I like them very much.

I needed a weight that I could grip easily at home during my workouts because my hand strength is not very good at all and I drop things constantly and this hand weight was perfect!!!
