I luv this peanut butter, if you have diabetes this is safe to eat also low in sodium 🧂 I have kidney stones doc says it's fine to eat very low in sugar and carbs awesome 👏 product go pick up a jar and try it, Jiff makes a great product

Enjoyable peanut spread. It's among the healthier options in the peanut butter section. Not oily at all. Oh, and Jif has figured out how to make the tamper-resistant seal come off cleanly unlike some other peanut butter products (looking directly at you, Member's Mark). Last thing, though, if you shop and compare cost-per-ounce, for some reason there's a discrepancy…(see photo)

I use this friend natural peanut butter mainly because it's low and sodium and doesn't have a lot of added stuff. That is only because I use it to make dog treats. My dog loves peanut butter but has medical problems and there's a lot of things she can't eat. So I make peanut butter oatmeal balls with Jiff. when I make the peanut butter balls with Jeff they stay soft. That's important because my dogs lost most of her teeth. it must be a Chihuahua thing from what I understand.

I use this product for my homemade dog treats because it does not contain sweeteners and is low sodium. The pooches love it!! The name of the treat is Pumpkin Peanut Butter Poppers.

I grew up with Jif peanut butter. This creamy natural jar is my favorite. I can taste the peanut taste without all the added stuff. Just peanut butter...and a spoon!

This is my favorite version of PB that is part of the Jif product line. The taste is amazing and doesn't have the salty flavor that many manufacturers have. It's very creamy and is a perfect spreading consistency. When it separates there's very little oil, nor does the spread taste oily either. Being natural is the cherry on top. Give it a shot!

Somewhat expensive, but I'm willing to spend a little extra on NATURAL peanut butter. Has a nice consistency and a delicious flavor. Spreads easily but it isn't soupy or runny. Doesn't require stirring (unless you add a teaspoon of honey and mix it, which is also good)

... my previous Jif peanut butter was Jif Honey Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter, but didn't see it listed, so I ordered Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread instead but don't like it as well as the honey version. I later noticed that Skippy has many versions with honey, so next time I'll try a Skippy version and see if it's as good as Jif's honey version.

I don't eat much peanut butter, but after being in the hospital I thought it might be an easy way to get back to eating. It seemed a little more liquid then other "naturals' I have had in the past and was just average on flavor.

The label is somewhat misleading because it claims to be natural, but when I think of natural peanut butter, I envision peanut oil and peanuts. However, this product contains sugar as one of the first few ingredients, followed by palm oil and molasses. There are other brands that label themselves as natural and actually adhere to that definition. I'm not sure why this is the case in the United States. We can't produce high-quality food like the rest of the world does. Instead, we're inundated with soybean oils, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose corn syrup. It appears that whenever someone attempts to remove these ingredients from our food supply, a bureaucrat intervenes and prevents it.
